Goose Cottage, Titchwell, Norfolk

Goose Cottage is a beautifully renovated two bedroom brick and flint terrace cottage, with fabulous views of the sea overlooking Titchwell RSPB Nature Reserve. With a first floor bathroom and ground floor cloakroom, as well as a charming south facing garden, the cottage is a popular choice for small families or friends who love to explore the great outdoors in North Norfolk, at any time of year.

On entering Goose Cottage you are welcomed into the cosy open-plan sitting room. It has a comfortable sofa and armchair in front of a wood burning stove, the perfect spot to curl up with a book and take time to relax or watch a film on the television. At the far end of the room, by the French doors leading out to the garden, is a round dining table, comfortably seating four guests. The kitchen leads off the sitting room and is well equipped with a single oven, full height fridge freezer and plenty of work space for cooking. Beyond the kitchen is a utility area with a washing machine and a downstairs WC. Upstairs, the master bedroom has a king-size bed and looks out across the marshes towards the sea. Bedroom two is a twin room with views over the garden to the rear. At he end of the day enjoy a relaxing soak in the modern bathroom, which has bath with shower over. The garden at Goose Cottage is part paved near the French doors with seating for morning coffee. The garden beyond is laid to lawn, with a path between. Parking is on the road directly outside Goose Cottage, or alternatively the owners have a separate arrangement with The Briarfields Hotel a short walk away.

Goose Cottage literally overlooks RSPB TIchwell Nature Reserve so is perfect for bird watchers, as well as walkers (with or without dog), and those who just love to explore all that the surrounding area has to offer. Close to Brancaster, Burnham Market and Hunstanton there are unlimited options with many fine pubs and eateries in the immediate area. The Coastlink bus runs very regularly past your door so you can even leave your car for the week and explore the wider area at your leisure.

The garden has a bisected path which is occasionally used by neighbours for wheelie bins etc.
You may park at The Briafrields Hotel but you will need to register your car at reception should you wish to do so.
Duvets and pillows are synthetic.
Travel cot and high chair provided on request. Please bring your own bedding for the travel cot.
A Tassimo coffee machine is provided with a few pods. Please bring additional pods if you wish to use this. A cafetiere is also provided.
