Villa Kallisti lies within the exclusive complex on Corfu’s sun-drenched coastline, where contemporary design, timeless elegance, and natural beauty converge in perfect harmony. Spanning a generous 6,570 square meters of landscaped grounds, this estate offers 410 square meters of luxurious indoor living and 420 square meters of private outdoor areas, including gated parking for up to four vehicles. The complex features two independent villas, each with its own entrance, designed to ensure privacy yet allowing larger groups to enjoy the estate together if desired.

This refined villa accommodates up to eight guests, with the option for two additional guests on sofa beds upon request. The interiors are bright, elegant, and spacious, featuring an open-plan living area with comfortable seating, a smart TV, and a fully equipped kitchen with premium appliances and a dining area for eight. The villa includes four beautifully styled double bedrooms – three of which are master suites with en-suite bathrooms, and one additional double bedroom with an adjacent bathroom. Two of the bedrooms feature private balconies with enchanting sea views.



Outdoors, guests are invited to unwind beside the 32 m² private swimming pool with hydro-massage for up to five persons, surrounded by shaded pergolas and sun terraces that offer both tranquillity and seclusion. Alfresco living is elevated with a fully equipped outdoor kitchen, complete with a kitchen island bar and dining area for eight guests, ideal for leisurely breakfasts or evening cocktails under the open sky. The outdoor kitchen can also accommodate the services of a private chef, who may enter independently to preserve guests’ privacy.



Villa Kallisti is equipped with high-speed Wi-Fi, air conditioning, heating, ceiling fans, Sonos speakers, and smart TVs throughout. Additional fitness amenities include in-pool and outdoor training equipment. A cot for infants (aged 1–2) is available on request and free of charge, subject to availability.



A refundable damage deposit of €1,000 is required upon arrival, payable by credit card, and refunded within seven days of check-out, subject to inspection. Smoking, parties, and pets are not permitted, and guests are kindly asked to observe quiet hours between 23:00 and 07:00.
