Accommodating up to 8 guests, with space for an additional 2 on sofa beds if required, the villa combines modern architecture with warm, natural materials. The interior layout includes a spacious open-plan living room, a fully equipped kitchen, and an elegant dining area for 8 guests. The four tastefully appointed double bedrooms include three master suites with en-suite bathrooms and one additional double bedroom with an adjacent shower room. Two of the bedrooms enjoy private balconies with captivating sea views, ideal for watching the sunrise over the Ionian horizon.



Outdoors, the villa is a private sanctuary, featuring a 32 m² swimming pool with hydro massage for up to five persons, a shaded pergola, and generous terraces for lounging and dining. A fully equipped outdoor kitchen with an island bar invites guests to enjoy leisurely breakfasts or evening drinks al fresco. The cooking area can also accommodate a private chef on request, allowing for a discreet and seamless culinary experience. The outdoor design ensures uninterrupted sea views throughout the day while offering complete privacy.



Villa Phoebeia is equipped with every modern amenity, including air-conditioning, heating, ceiling fans, Sonos sound system, Smart TVs in all rooms, and high-speed Wi-Fi. Guests also benefit from exclusive in-pool and outdoor training equipment, enhancing the wellness experience.



A refundable damage deposit of €1,000 is required upon arrival, payable by credit card and refunded within seven days of departure, subject to inspection. Cots are available free of charge for children up to two years of age, subject to availability.



Daily housekeeping and additional services such as private chef, spa treatments, and airport transfers may be arranged upon request at an extra cost. Smoking is not permitted within the property.
