Spanning 150 m² inside a modern hotel building, it combines one fully equipped apartment with five stylish aparthotel rooms accommodating up to 12 guests in total.
The main apartment includes a separate bedroom with a standard double bed (140 × 200 cm) and a living room with a comfortable sofa bed for two. There’s also a Smart TV, wardrobe, and desk for work or leisure.
The six aparthotel rooms each feature a standard double bed (140 × 200 cm), wardrobe, desk, chairs, a small table, and a TV.
All six units have their own private en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower, toilet, fresh towels, toiletries, and a hairdryer perfect for comfort and privacy.
Set in a quiet neighborhood, the property offers a relaxing retreat after exploring the city.
The apartment’s kitchenette includes a microwave, mini-fridge, coffee maker, and electric kettle ,ideal for preparing light meals. The aparthotel rooms do not include kitchen facilities.
Each unit comes with its own dining table, with seating provided in every two rooms. There is no outdoor dining space.
Please note there is no washing machine on site.
