In einer Gehminute ist man bei der U-Bahnstation Westbahnhof (U3/U6), sowie auf der MariahilferstraĂe, der gröĂten EinkaufstraĂe Wiens, wenn man diese entlangspaziert, gelangt man in etwa 25 min. zum Museumsquartier, zum Volkstheater, als auch zum Natur- und Kunsthistorischen Museum.
In 5 Stationen mit der U3 ist man in 10min. am Stephansplatz (Stadtzentrum), in der KĂ€rnterstraĂe, am Opernring, dem Karlsplatz sowie zahlreichen SehenswĂŒrdigkeiten die die Altstadt zu bieten hat.
3 Stationen stadtauswĂ€rts vom Westbahnhof mit der StraĂenbahnlinie 60 erreicht man das technische Museum als auch das SchloĂ Schönbrunn, welches an den schönen und berĂŒhmten Tiergarten Schönbrunn angrenzt.
Unseren GĂ€sten steht das komplette Apartment alleine zur VerfĂŒgung.

As we would like to offer our guests a particularly pleasant stay, there are a few rules to follow. We want you to feel comfortable and enjoy our apartments. We have put a lot of effort into the furnishings and therefore expect you to treat them with respect. The following house rules must therefore always be observed. Only by treating the apartment properly is it possible to offer you and other guests exceptional accommodation.
GENERAL
If you need help, please contact us immediately. Please handle all furnishings and fixtures with care and treat the rental property with care. Please also ensure that fellow travelers comply with the rental conditions.
KITCHEN
Handle the kitchen equipment and technical appliances with care. Also leave the interior of the oven and microwave in a clean condition.
DAMAGES
In the event that something is broken, please report the damage immediately so that we do not have to wait until after your departure to discover it during the final cleaning. As a rule, tenants and fellow travelers are liable for these and are responsible for appropriate replacement or reimbursement of costs. In the case of minor damage, such as broken drinking glasses or crockery, this is usually not necessary.
LOUDNESS AND QUIET TIMES
In the spirit of good neighborliness, we expect you to be considerate of our other guests and behave accordingly in the stairwell as well as in the apartment. Above all, please keep the volume down when listening to music or watching TV. The general night's rest in Vienna is from 22:00 to 7:00.
DUTY OF CARE
When leaving the apartment, make sure that the windows are closed and that all lights/air conditioning units/ventilators are switched off and the door to the apartment and the front door (all day at weekends, from 17:00 on weekdays) are closed. Finally, take care of your belongings and valuables, the landlord accepts no liability!
VISITORS
Your visitors are welcome in our apartments for short periods at any time. However, it is not permitted to allow unregistered guests to stay overnight in the apartment. If the number of guests changes, please inform us in good time so that we can prepare the apartment accordingly. Unfortunately, pets are also not permitted. Please understand that if you bring a furry friend with you and the landlord discovers this after your departure, you will be charged an additional cleaning fee of âŹ140 per booked day.
INTERNET/WIFI
A wireless internet connection (WIFI) is available in the apartments. You will find the access codes in your booking. You use the Internet at your own risk, the landlord excludes any liability in connection with the tenant's use of the Internet.
SMOKING
Smoking is strictly prohibited in the apartment! However, there is an ashtray in the stairwell where you can enjoy your favorite tobacco products.
HOUSE RIGHTS
Please understand that we may enter the apartment in your absence to water flowers, carry out necessary repairs or close the windows in the event of a storm.
KEYS
Any loss of keys must be reported immediately and the guest is liable up to the amount of the replacement costs.
ILLEGAL ACTIVITIES
Illegal activities will result in immediate termination and will be reported to the police without exception.
These illegal activities include, but are not limited to The consumption and trafficking of drugs, possession of weapons, prostitution, human trafficking, gambling and other illegal activities... In these cases there is no entitlement to a refund!
