Not the best experience
Chaotic check-in process, with necessary information for accessing the apartment: a) needing to be solicited, and b) given out only on midnight before the first day of booking. Most important information was also incorrect (electronic access codes, physical keybox codes, wi-fi information) which resulted in a flurry of messaging with the management company (Camelotels) via Whatsapp (the only contact available) while standing at the front door. The main door to the apartment has a lock controlled by an electronic box, however even once the lock is enabled, it can easily be forced open - a fact that was known by management staff, though not originally divulged to us. On 3 occasions during our 1 week stay, we had unwelcome guests enter the apartment, before we were each provided with individual keys to utilize the physical lock on the main door without locking in remaining guests after leaving. Despite these blunders, management was courteous and responsive, and the apartment is well laid-out and adequately furnished with large individual rooms and a very central location. Note however that one of the two advertised bathrooms is undergoing significant remodeling. The shower is not functional, and the walls/flooring are unfinished, however there is a working toilet and sink (although not regularly maintained/cleaned). I would avoid booking properties managed by this company again, however on a cost per room basis, the property is adequate for the price.
