Exteriors and swimming pool
All around the farmhouse there is a wide, very well-kept garden of approximately 5,000 m2; on the rear side of the garden there is the in-ground swimming pool, rectangular in shape and measuring 14x4 metres with a depth of 1.40 metres. The paved solarium area develops all around it, equipped with sunbeds, deckchairs, 1 umbrella, outdoor shower and refreshing shade provided by the large garden full of flower bushes and various species of trees including pines, firs and fruit trees. Here is also a lovely gazebo equipped with a table and four chairs perfect to enjoy a breakfast overlooking the pool. In a frontal position, near the kitchen on the ground floor, there is a large gazebo equipped for the entire group to enjoy alfresco dinners complete of a portable barbecue. All outdoor areas are well maintained and cared for. A charming avenue of cypresses and pines leads to the property with private parking.Interiors
The farmhouse of approximately 300 m2, entirely made of stone and brick, has been renovated preserving the rustic Tuscan taste of the past, but enriched with modern finishes. Consisting of two residential units, it is spread over two floors and is equipped with air conditioning in the bedrooms and independent entrances to offer maximum comfort and autonomy to its guests. The first unit opens on the ground floor onto a fully equipped kitchen (an electric oven, 5-burner hob, fridge with freezer and dishwasher), a dining room able to accommodate the whole group with a decorative fireplace, a double bedroom with brick vaulted ceiling, a bathroom with shower (without bidet).
Going up an internal staircase (17 steps) we access the first floor characterized by a bedroom with two joinable single beds, a spacious double bedroom with two panoramic windows, a comfortable walk-in closet and a private bathroom with shower, a shower bathroom. Climbing an external staircase (16 steps) we find a panoramic terrace and from here we access the second unit which opens onto a spacious living room equipped with satellite TV and decorative fireplace, connected to a lovely reading room around which we find a bedroom with two single beds and private bathroom with bathtub, a double bedroom with private bathroom with shower, a double bedroom and a two single beds room (they can be joined), which share a bathroom with shower. On the ground floor of the farmhouse, in a separate room there is a laundry equipped with washing machine, sink, ironing board and iron.

The price includes the supply of bathroom, bed and kitchen linen, pool towels (changed weekly), consumption of water, gas, electricity (but not air conditioning), wi-fi internet connection, high chair and baby bed. Upon request, there is the possibility of domestic help, a private chef and the organization of cooking courses.

Important Information
The swimming pool is open from 01/05 to 30/09. On the first floor of the second unit there is a private room (to the left of the living room). Access to the farmhouse via 240 meters of unpaved road.

Fattoria Belvedere alle Vigne is located in the municipality of Sinalunga (Siena), in the Amorosa area, renowned for its historic village, to which it was once intrinsically linked. It was, in fact, one of the farmhouses in the agricultural system that revolved around the village itself.
The village, built in the Middle Ages on land already inhabited by the Etruscans, was later mentioned in a famous 14th-century fresco during Roman times, commemorating the Sienese victory in the Battle of Val di Chiana.
The farmhouse now boasts approximately 60 hectares of property divided between Sangiovese vineyards, arable land, and woodland, where you can enjoy beautiful sunset walks and admire the work of the farmers and the grape harvest. The nearby historic center of Sinalunga is characterized by a maze of narrow streets and buildings of artistic and cultural interest and is surrounded by small villages such as Scrofiano, Farnetella, Rigomagno, Guazzino, and Bettolle. These villages, dotted with various paths and trails, are ideal for hiking, cycling, or horseback riding, offering breathtaking scenery and plenty of relaxation before enjoying refreshments at the area's many high-quality restaurants and trattorias. The entire Valdichiana, but Sinalunga in particular, can be considered the birthplace of the "Chianina" cattle, the breed used to make the inimitable world-famous "Bistecca alla Fiorentina".
