The living room is tastefully furnished and well-kept, with a sitting area, a TV to watch all your favourite shows and a dining table. It is also generously lit, perfect for sharing moments with your group.

The open-plan kitchen includes top-of-the-range appliances, essential cookware, and cutleries to fulfil any culinary requirement.

The three bedrooms come with ensuite bathrooms. Two of the room have a double bed, while the third has a queen bed. All beds come with complimentary hotel-quality linens to ensure guests sleep well.

The bathrooms have all the amenities you will need to freshen up, including clean towels and toiletries for your convenience.

The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home so please take good care of it as if it was your own.

Boavista is a vibrant, creative district home to some of the city's most popular attractions: The Fundação Serralves, a cutting-edge art museum and villa in lush wooded gardens, the Jardins do Palácio de Cristal are a beautiful green space with a glass palace at its centre and a great view of the Douro river, while the Mercado Bom Sucesso is the perfect spot to have something to eat with a variety of local and international cuisine, cafes and a supermarket. The stunning Casa da Música is a world-renowned concert hall and one of the most acoustically advanced in the world. It hosts a variety of musical events throughout the year.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest metro station, Carolina Michaelis, is just a 15-minute walk.

Sá Carneiro airport is a 20-minute drive from the property.

Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.

We provide the basic amenities for the first use: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Please let us know if you need cleaning or extra linen; we will gladly provide an additional charge.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at a minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).

Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.

Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
