We enjoyed the location being walkable to the restaurant and waterfront area. It felt very private which was nice. There is an adjacent apartment but we didn’t see anyone during our 3 nights. The kitchen was in good shape and easy to make use of. It was small but cozy enough for us .We enjoyed staying here

Fantastic location - close to everything! We enjoyed the deck with the view of the harbor. The apartment was lovely and the hosts were so accommodating. I highly recommend this listing!

The space was exactly as described. Perfect for a couple on a getaway, it had everything you could need! Cute sitting area on the deck with a view of the harbor. Would definitely stay here again!

Everything was definitely as described. Had a great weekend here before the crowds descended so it was very peaceful!It was a perfect apartment for two and everything local was either within walking distance or a short drive.....Perfect!

We had a great time in Boothbay Harbor and really enjoyed the location of this apartment. Check in was easy as could be and we had linens and towels as needed. Ours was a quick stay but we would book here again!

Centrally located gem in the heart of Boothbay Harbor

Seamless checkin, very quick walk into downtown. Steps away from Thistle Inn and the wonderful Vietnamese breakfast joint. We would rent this place again in a heartbeat.

Apartment was clean, comfortably furnished, and conveniently located within an easy walk from downtown Boothbay Harbor. We had a temperature control issue because there is no A/C (or window) in the bedroom itself; the window unit is in an adjacent room separated by a partition. Also had a problem with the coffee maker, and no coffee grounds were provided. Arrival instructions could have been clearer. But overall we enjoyed our stay and would consider visiting this property again.

We loved this property! It was updated, comfortable, and clean. The shower was amazing, and it was great to have a washer and dryer available. We walked to all restaurants and shops easily and parking was easy. The outside deck offered comfortable seating and a view of the harbor.

Enjoyable stay. A nice, clean functional apartment where everything worked as expected. Location was great too. Couple of small things: It would have been nice to have a couch or loveseat instead of the two wicker chairs. Also, some cooking oil in the pantry would have been good.

Perfect Getaway

We had a great trip and this stay definitely made a huge difference. We had easy walks to shopping, food, and the water. Alison was always available and offered fun activities around town. The room was clean and bright, but the kitchen was lacking in some utensils when we went to cook. Overall, we would love to stay again. Thank you, Alison!

Perfect spot, so walkable

Perfect size for two people with everything you need, including a washer and dryer! Five minute easy walk to everything downtown and so many restaurants steps away, we didn’t drive at all once we parked. The entrance is up a set of stairs on a shared deck, which was fine for us but folks with limited mobility might find it hard. Nice view of the harbor from the deck too! The one downside were the shared walls with the rental unit next door; there were little kids running and crying in the mornings, but that’s not the property’s fault and could happen anywhere. Maybe just be prepared with some earplugs if you’re worried about neighbor noise :)

Cute, beautiful little apartment close enough to activities but far enough away from the frantic tourist bustle, so it was quiet. Great water pressure in the shower, and my 6'5" husband appreciated the shower nozzle being high so he did not need to stoop while showering. The apartment had private parking, which is a huge plus! Would definitely stay here again!

Great Location

My husband and I spent 3 nights at this rental and it's in a great location. A short stroll to the beautiful harbor and plenty of space for 2 people. Comfortable bed, nice bathroom, Kitchen and sitting area. It's so funny that right beside the rental is a place that sells donuts/breakfast and also Asian food and the best dumplings which we enjoyed a few times. We loved the area and this rental worked out really nicely for us.

Perfect location and very nice apartment

Check in/out was easy and everything we needed was there. The apartment is very clean and modern. The location is very close to the piers but not close enough to here the noise. Really couldn’t ask for more, would stay here again.
