This chic, updated cabin is nestled in the pine trees of Sprucewold, a 100-year-old, summer, log cabin community and is sure to provide an unforgettable Maine experience. Relax on the deck with a cup of coffee or a glass of wine and enjoy the peace and quiet of the woods with deer, wild turkeys and the tranquil sound of Woodcocks.

Or, take advantage of restaurants, boating, shopping and breweries, just a mile away in downtown Boothbay Harbor. Whatever you choose, its sure to be a memorable experience.

Once inside, you’ll see that it has been furnished with an original dining table, but most pieces are newly updated and includes a Restoration Hardware sofa and chairs. The original fireplace is still operational, and the mantel displays a 40-inch flat screen TV that has basic channels, or you can stream your own services if you have them: Netflix, YouTube, Amazon, etc.

The kitchen has been updated and includes a new refrigerator, sink, small appliances and countertops. It is perfectly designed and stocked with all the supplies you need to fix a simple breakfast or a gourmet dinner. A new propane gas grill is available on the back deck.

Lola’s was fantastic. The cabin was very clean. It was stocked with all of the essentials. Paul was great. Easy to communicate with and quick to respond. The cabin is near downtown Boothbay Harbor. We had a great time. Very nice and comfortable.

This was a wonderful experience. The cabin was immaculate and very up to date. It's located in a very peaceful, secluded, wooded area - perfect for walking, and an easy 5-minute drive to all the fun areas in Boothbay Harbor. The host was very responsive but also honored my privacy. I would highly recommend this property, and I hope to go back.

We miss the cabin already! It had everything you could even think of and more as far as kitchen supplies and appliances. The bathroom was the same. Had glowing toilet, yup! The other decretive details were fun to discover and perfectly done. The cabin was so cozy. The pillows and linens on the bed were top quality and made made you want to stay in bed forever. Cell phone chargers were just where you needed them. And the lovely back porch was a delight to rest after al long day of sightseeing with a glass of wine. I'd certainly go back for a stay and would highly recommend this wonderful cabin.

Mother-Daughter Maine Getaway

Lola’s Lodge was a great spot for a litte mother-daughter get weekend get away. What a beautifully appointed log cabin with everything one might need to prep delicious food. It was cozy and inviting enough to want curl up by the fire or listen to the rain drops on the porch and drink wine and listen to music, but also close enough to town and the coasy to go exploring. We couldn’t have asked for more! Great communication with the host, easy check in and out, photos are exactly as the property presents so many lovely amenities and nice touches. We highly recommend!!

This was our second time returning to this cabin for a Howard family 4th of July gathering. We loved the space and it was the perfect place to retreat for cozy movie time after a day of social gatherings. Amazing Boothbay Harbor Escape

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed, the beauty and functionality of Lola’s Lodge, a picture perfect log cabin. It’s perfectly located nestled in the pine trees of a 100 year old summer community, but a close walking distance to the quaint harbor-best of both worlds! Paul was a very responsive host and made the booking easy. I can only recommend as wonderful summer vacation home.

Amazing cabin!

My mom and I loved everything about the cabin. Walkable to downtown Boothbay Harbor, portable AC was great as the temps got up around 80 while we were there, styling and amenities were all great! I would recommend this VRBO to anyone heading to Boothbay Harbor.

Lola's Lodge was the perfect retreat for my husband and me. Every detail is carefully selected for convenience and quality. It's clear that the owners care about the property AND the people renting the cabin! The outside porch/deck added extra space to what could be tight space for more than 4 people. The stairs leading to the cabin could be too much for some people.

Best Friends Get Together

My best friend and I hadn't seen one another in over two years. I had heard so many wonderful comments about Lola's since I live in Boothbay. We decided to stay at Lola's to get away from all distractions, catch up, relax and chill. It was a real girl's "retreat house". Everything we needed to be comfortable and pampered was in the lodge. Shopping and restaurants were just minutes away.

Enjoyed our stay!

Highly recommend Lola’s lodge! Perfect location for accessing Boothbay Harbor area. We enjoyed the local restaurants and e-biking around town. The cabin is spectacular with everything you need and more. The space was clean, welcoming and allowed us to relax for a few days.

Magical cabin in the woods

Every little detail is that through at this cabin in the woods. Other than a lack of suitcase storage, there was nothing that we couldn’t find that we needed. It’s charming, cozy in the rain, and an easy walk to town. We also loved the bay beach area at the bottom of the hill.

The front deck is a great spot for taking in a lazy morning or afternoon. Kick back in an Adirondack chair or take a nap on the sofa. If you’re feeling more adventurous, take a walk down Crooked Pine Street and enjoy the wildlife. You can catch a glimpse of the ocean through tall pine trees or walk to the floating dock for fishing. Barrett Park is right around the corner and is great for kayaking, swimming, canoeing or picnicking.
