The Space:
Our apartments are comfortable and functionally designed spaces, created with the stay of up to four guests in mind.
On the top floor of the building, guests can enjoy a truly special highlight – a spacious wellness area featuring a jacuzzi, sauna, and relaxing lounge space. This unique amenity is the perfect way to unwind after a day of exploring the city or attending meetings. Whether it’s summer or winter, it's an ideal spot to soak in warmth, enjoy a moment of calm, and experience true comfort in the heart of Gdańsk.

Each apartment offers a separate sleeping area with a large, comfortable bed, as well as a living room with a sofa bed that provides additional space to relax. The living area is connected to a fully equipped kitchenette featuring all necessary appliances: a cooktop, an oven with microwave function, a coffee maker, a kettle, a refrigerator, a dishwasher, and a complete set of dishes. There is also a dining table where meals can be enjoyed together.
The stylish bathroom is equipped with a walk-in shower, a hairdryer, and a washing machine – making the apartment an excellent choice also for longer stays. Guests can also enjoy a Smart TV, free Wi-Fi, and a designated workspace – perfect for those combining business with leisure. Hotel-quality towels and bed linen are provided, ensuring a high level of comfort and convenience throughout your stay. The apartment also features a balcony overlooking the marina, turning your morning coffee or evening wind-down into a truly special experience.
The interior design of our apartments is inspired by the seaside character of the location. Lighting – both natural and artificial – has been carefully arranged to highlight the materials and shapes used in the décor. Wavy lines in the furniture, marine-inspired details, and shell-shaped chandeliers subtly reference the nearby Motława River and the port heritage of Gdańsk. An additional aesthetic element is the use of glass blocks in the dining area, which allow soft light to filter through and add a sense of lightness to the space.
Thanks to their excellent location, the apartments are a perfect base for exploring Gdańsk. Just a few steps separate them from the vibrant city center, filled with historical landmarks, restaurants, cafés, and cultural events. A stay here combines comfort, design, and the authentic atmosphere of a historic port city.

Guest Access:
Guests have access to the entire apartment and the building. Everything is included in the price and available for guest use, including professional hotel-grade bed linen, shower gel, shampoo, and other essential amenities.
Paid parking spaces are available for guests, located outside the building, approximately 230 meters from the property. The parking fee is 40 PLN per day. To reserve a parking spot, please contact the reception.

Spichlerz Turek is located in one of the most prestigious and historically rich parts of Gdańsk – on the northern tip of Granary Island, right by the banks of the Motława River. This is a truly exceptional spot where history seamlessly blends with modernity. In the immediate vicinity, you'll find beautifully restored townhouses, historic granaries, and contemporary architecture that fits harmoniously into the historical landscape. Granary Island, a symbol of Gdańsk’s revitalization, has become one of the city’s most vibrant and attractive areas – beloved by both tourists and locals.
The neighborhood offers a wealth of attractions. Just a short walk away you’ll reach Długie Pobrzeże (the Long Embankment), the iconic Gdańsk Crane, the charming Mariacka Street, or the Main Market Square in the Old Town. Nearby, you’ll also find a wide variety of restaurants serving both local and international cuisine, cozy cafés, art galleries, and artisan boutiques. The Motława waterfront also provides access to water trams and sightseeing cruises, allowing you to admire Gdańsk’s picturesque skyline from the river.

Getting Around:
Getting to Our Apartments
There are several convenient ways to reach our apartments, depending on your preference and starting point.
Tram
The nearest tram stop is Chmielna, served by lines 8 and 9. These lines operate frequently and offer easy access to various parts of the city, including Śródmieście (the city center), Wrzeszcz, and Oliwa.
Bus
In the immediate vicinity, you’ll also find bus stops Chmielna 03 and Chmielna 04, served by lines 112, 138, 166, 178, 186, 212, as well as night lines N8 and N9. This makes it easy to reach the area at any time of day or night.
From Gdańsk Główny (Main Railway Station)
There are several ways to reach Chmielna 109 from the main station:
– On foot: The route is approximately 1.2 km long and takes about 14 minutes to walk through the historic center of Gdańsk – a great way to start experiencing the city.
– By tram: Take tram line 8 from the Brama Wyżynna stop and get off at Chmielna after just a few minutes.
– By bus: From Brama Wyżynna 04, hop on bus 112, which stops at Chmielna 04, only a short walk from your destination.
– By taxi: A taxi ride from the Main Station takes approximately 3 minutes and costs around 20–25 PLN, depending on the time of day.
Regardless of your choice of transport, Chmielna Street is well connected to all parts of Gdańsk, ensuring a smooth and comfortable arrival.

Other Things to Note:
Due to the nature and location of the apartment, we kindly ask you to follow our House Rules. Please observe quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM (hosting parties is strictly prohibited), and smoking is not allowed in the apartment.
