Private Cottage with shared Heatable Solar Pool, Sauna, Jacuzzi and Sea View

All three bedrooms have large double beds and infrared heating for cooler nights. The spacious living room has a couch and dining area for six people. A doorway from the living room leads to the fully equipped kitchen. Here you'll find a four-burner stove, oven, coffee and espresso machine, kettle, juicer, large refrigerator/freezer, and dishwasher. A large bathroom has a shower, double sink, toilet, bidet, and washing machine. Another smaller bathroom has a shower, sink, and toilet.

Each of the bedrooms leads to the enclosed patio (inner courtyard). This provides safety for families with small children. It also provides a seamless, undisturbed spot for sunbathing. The patio features a large table with seating for eight people and a large charcoal grill for BBQs. Stairs lead to the panoramic roof terrace with views over the village and the sea.

Casa Niagara was our introduction to Finca Palo Alto. It was our first house in the village of El Jaral and also our weekend home. We spent wonderful finca parties here with our Spanish neighbors and friends. The atmosphere in the Canarian house was so well-received that we decided to create a refuge for like-minded people. So much for the creation of Finca Palo Alto.
