🚗 By Car: Renting a car is the most convenient way to explore Malta at your own pace. There’s on-street parking nearby, and you’ll have quick access to main roads leading to Valletta, Sliema, St. Julian’s, and Gozo.
🚌 By Bus: The bus network in Mellieħa is excellent, with direct routes to Valletta, Sliema, St. Julian’s, and the Gozo ferry terminal. Stops are just a short walk from the apartment.
🚤 Ferries & Day Trips: The Gozo and Comino ferries are close by, making island-hopping effortless.
🚶 On Foot: Restaurants, shops, and the beach are all within walking distance – so you can enjoy a stress-free, car-free stay if you prefer!
Very important notes before booking:
1. We have STRICT noise policies, therefore when booking, you are agreeing that you are respecting not only the house rules but also the neighbours and the common areas.
*Not abiding by these rules can come in unwanted fines and immediate vacation of the property.
2. During the lovely summer season, although we do sanitise, some ants and cockroaches are to be expected, unfortunately, this is part of our climate but we do provide spray and traps when needed.
3. Early check-in and late check-outs are subject to availability of the day however we truly appreciate if check-in and check-out times are always respected.
4. Self check-ins is provided and details and instructions are to be sent 24 hours prior check-in date.
5. Waste schedules are shown in the check-in guide, putting the waste at the right time, is imperative as otherwise, local fines may apply. Kindly note that streets are constantly monitored.
6. What is included in the apartment.
* Shower gel
* Plate liquid soap
* Toilet paper (2 rolls per bathroom)
* Dishwashing tabs (if dishwasher available) which is enough for 3-5 nights depending on the usage.
* Garbage bags
* Linens for the bed
* Towels per person
7. No additional guests who are not part of the booking are allowed to sleep at any time on the premises. The apartment is always insured on the guest amount you book.
If you will be having any other guests it is important to get permission first, a nightly fee could be charged for the extra guest.
8. NO PETS ALLOWED.
9. Smoking inside the property is not permitted and any smoke detectors found removed will be charged accordingly.
10. Any damages or missing items will be charged directly to the guest/s.

2. A Note on Nature 🐜☀️ During Malta’s warmer months, occasional sightings of ants or cockroaches can happen — it’s part of our sunny island life. We do take prevention seriously and provide sprays and traps when needed.
3. Check-In & Check-Out 🕒
* Check-in and check-out times must be respected.
* Early check-in/late check-out is subject to availability and can’t always be guaranteed — but we’ll do our best when we can!
4. Self Check-In 🔑 Self check-in details and step-by-step instructions will be shared 24 hours before your arrival.
5. Waste Disposal & Local Fines 🚮 You’ll find waste collection schedules in your check-in guide. Please place waste only at the designated times — as local authorities monitor the streets, and incorrect disposal may result in fines.
6. Essentials Provided 🧴 We want you to feel right at home. Here’s what we provide for your stay:
