Brand new spacious sunny holiday apartment with very large terrace with panoramic views. Located in the charming sought-after village of Mellieha. This fully-air-conditioned 2 bedroom apartment includes 1 bathroom with shower a spacious combined Kitchen / Living / Dining.
The panoramic terrace is furnished with garden furniture, sunbeds and also a gas BBQ. This apartment also has a front balcony. Lovely and quite neighbourhood, near shops, restaurants, bus stops and Malta’s best sandy beaches.
Apartment specifications:
Back terrace is 12 sqm, balcony is about 5 sqm and the internal area is about 70 sqm.
– Fast unlimited WiFi internet in all the rooms and IPTV with hundreds of Channels in different languages. Both are free of charge;
– Well equipped kitchen including electric oven, microwave, toaster, percolator, 4 hobs, fridge, freezer, pots, pans etc;
– Hairdryer, iron, ironing board, and washing machine;
– Towels and bed sheets are provided.
short stays - Water and Electricity is included in the price with a sufficient weekly limit for your stay:
0.5m2 of water/person/week & 150 kWh electricity/per week
for stays of 28 nights or more, water and electricity is not included in the price. (on average bill would be about 60 - 70 euro per month...this mainly depends on how much cooling / heating is used)
