This one bedroomed apartment is on the ground floor in the upper level of the Atalaya Complex close to the Casino in central Puerto del Carmen. This cosy apartment sleeps 2 guests comfortably.

Atalaya is a popular and peaceful, medium sized complex with communal pool located very centrally in Puerto del Carmen, close to the seafront promenade where there are shops, restaurants and bars to suit all tastes and budgets.

The open lounge and dining has an L-shaped sofa, flat screen TV and dining table and four chairs. The apartment has free wifi and UK TV channels are available.

The compact kitchen has hob, microwave, fridge freezer, kettle, toaster, crockery, glasses, pans, cutlery.

The apartment has one bedroom with twin beds (new beds for 2025), wardrobe space, mirror and fan. Beds have duvets in winter.

The bathroom has a corner shower cubicle, toilet and washbasin, and a washing machine.

Hairdryer, iron and ironing board are provided. There is a safety deposit box free for guests to use.

The apartment has a large open terrace which gets sun for much of the day. The terrace is furnished with table, chairs with cushions, two adjustable sunloungers with cushions and two recliner chairs. The apartment enjoys a quiet location on the complex with lovely open views over the rooftops towards the sea and is a great place to relax.

The Atalaya Complex has a communal pool with sunloungers and panoramic sea views. It’s known for being quiet and peaceful.

The apartment has 30 steps from street level, so may not be suitable for guests with mobility issues.

The Casino, which is at the centre of Puerto del Carmen’s seafront promenade, is just 3 minutes flat walk. Playa Grande, Puerto del Carmen’s golden expanse of beach is 7 minutes walk.
