utensils/kitchen, coffee maker, toaster and kettle.

ideal for couples, small families, or business trips. The accommodation
features one bedroom and can host up to 3 guests, offering a
well-organized and functional space.

The apartment is fully equipped to ensure a comfortable stay all year
round. It includes air conditioning throughout the apartment, heat pump
heating, Wi-Fi, TV, washing machine and dryer, iron, and hair dryer.

The open-plan kitchen, integrated into the living space, is fully
equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, oven, freezer, coffee machine,
toaster, and electric kettle, as well as tableware, cutlery, and
kitchen utensils, perfect for preparing meals just like at home.

The building has an elevator, making access to the apartment easy and
convenient.

The apartment is located on Independència Street, in a quiet and
well-connected area of Barcelona. It is just six blocks from the
Sagrada Familia, one of the city’s most iconic landmarks, and offers
easy access to public transport, supermarkets, restaurants, and local
shops.

An ideal accommodation for guests looking for comfort, a great
location, and an authentic Barcelona experience.

Please take note of the following important information before booking:

- Towels, bed sheets and toilet paper are included upon arrival;
however, replacement or change during your stay is not included.

- Baby cot:

Price: £30.00 per reservation. Not guaranteed, guests must request it
24-48 hours in advance and, if available, we will provide it.

-Additional guest:

Each additional guest not included in the booking will be charged 10 €
per night.

-Late arrival:

- Our check-in time is from 15:00 hours. at 19h, Monday to Friday
(consult us if you want to check in earlier). Outside of this schedule,
we will charge 30€ in cash, after 22h it will be 50 EUR.

- If the arrival day is a local or national holiday, weekends, the cost
will be 30 EUR until 22h, after 22h it will be 50 EUR.

- If the arrival day is 25/12, 26/12 and 01/01 the charges will be as
follows: 40 EUR until 22:00, from 22:00 60 euros

- The Tourist Tax in force in Barcelona 2023 will be applied
(€6.25/person/night, for those over 16 years old and up to 7 nights).

- Smoking is NOT PERMITTED under any circumstances. Receiving a
complaint or having evidence of smoking in the apartment will result in
immediate eviction from the apartment and a fine of at least 400 euros.
Smoking is prohibited in the apartment and the patio.

- NO PARTIES OR GATHERINGS ARE ALLOWED under any circumstances. If we
receive a complaint and/or the police, security or neighbours
intervene, you will have to pay a fine of €500 (in addition to the
police fine).

Guests have access to the entire apartment.

must-see, with guided tours and the option to climb the towers.

Hospital de Sant Pau – 10–15 minutes on foot. UNESCO World Heritage

cafés, bookstores, and local shops.

Mercat de la Sagrada Família – Traditional market to try fresh products
and enjoy the local atmosphere.

The property will not be held responsible under any circumstances for
theft, robbery or any other theft of property that may occur within the
facilities of our flats.

Guests are strongly advised to take the necessary precautions for the
safekeeping of their valuables, including the use of safety deposit
boxes if available, and to keep doors and windows properly closed and
secured.

The security of personal property is the sole responsibility of the
