The house consists of:

A large living room with access to a terrace and outdoor leisure areas.
A fully equipped kitchenette.
Three bedrooms with private balconies featuring seating areas.
The exterior is fantastic! You will find several leisure areas, dining spaces, a beautiful swimming pool, and a view that will leave you absolutely captivated.

Accommodation Rules:- No noise is allowed between 10:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m.;- It is strictly forbidden to disturb or disrespect the neighbours;- Parties or events are not allowed;- Pets are not permitted;- To check in, all guests must be 30 years of age or older, except for families with children;- It is not allowed to exceed the maximum number of permitted occupants in the accommodation, even for visitors;- It is mandatory to comply with these and all other rules stated in the Local Accommodation Book;- If the rules are not respected, the security deposit will not be refunded and you will be required to leave the accommodation;- A security deposit of €500 is required, refundable up to 7 days after check-out;- The municipal tourist tax of €2 per person will be charged for arrivals between April 1st and October 31st, applicable to guests aged 13 and older, for a maximum of 7 consecutive nights;- You will be contacted a few days before your arrival to arrange check-in details and attend to any special requests.
