Villa Tilia is a four-bedroom villa split over two floors offering a spacious and classic setting for its guests. 
Step into the entrance hall and notice how the high ceilings and many windows allow light to flood in and fill the space. Continue through to the lounge to find comfortable seating surrounding the TV with views over the pool terrace accessible by the patio doors. There are dining facilities and a large kitchen with modern design and appliances to make your stay easier. On this level are two bedrooms, a double with patio doors and a twin bedroom which shares a large bathroom with a corner bath. Also on the ground floor is a utility room where you can do your washing. Up on the first floor, is the main bedroom with a double bed and a large en-suite bathroom with both a bath and shower. A further twin bedroom with a balcony is on this floor as well as access to the terrace. 
Outside in the garden, there is a well-kept lawn surrounding the paved pool terrace. Sun loungers, parasols, and a poolside shower are available for your use as well as the glistening 9x4m pool easily accessible by steps. To the right of the pool terrace, you'll find alfresco dining facilities and a brick-built barbeque ideal for grill nights. 
The local resort of Gale can be reached on foot where you will find ample bars, restaurants with local and international cuisine, shopping opportunities, and of course the stunning Algarvian beaches. 

Important Information - Please note, pool heating is not available during July and August.
This property contains large gaps in the internal staircase railings. Please ensure children remain supervised at all times.
