The kitchen includes appliances as well as essential cookware and crockery that will fulfil any of your culinary requirements. There is a washer available for your laundry needs.
The bathroom has all the amenities you will need to freshen up, including fresh towels and toiletries for your convenience.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own.

Nestled just moments from Hyde Park and Kensington Gardens, it’s ideal for leisurely walks, outdoor activities, or a peaceful retreat from the city's buzz.
The neighborhood boasts a diverse culinary scene, with a wide range of restaurants, cafés, and international eateries along Queensway and Westbourne Grove. Shopping enthusiasts will enjoy proximity to Whiteleys and the boutiques of nearby Notting Hill.
Excellent transport links, including Bayswater, Queensway, and Paddington stations, make it easy to explore central London and beyond, including direct access to Heathrow Airport via the Heathrow Express.
The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.
The nearest train station, Paddington, is just an 8-minutes walk.
Heathrow Airport is a 50-minute drive from the property.
This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 PM).
Also, we charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). There may be an additional cost to replace the locks for security purposes. So, please keep your keys safe.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of £300 for the smoking fee.
We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).
