Your Villa in Valras of 70m² for 8 people, consists of:

- Private terrace + garden
- Equipped kitchen (refrigerator, freezer, oven, toaster, microwave, kettle, TASSIMO pod coffee maker, dishwasher and kitchen utensils);
- Bedroom 1: double bed (1x2 pers 140x190)
- Bedroom 2: 3-person bunk beds (90x190 + 140x190)
- Bedroom 3: 3-person bunk beds (90x190 + 140x190)
- 2 shower rooms, and 2 independent toilets;
- The accommodation is equipped with air conditioning, blankets and pillows;
- Possibility to borrow at the reception: board games, iron, hair dryer.
- Private and free outdoor parking.
- Heated communal pool

The La Dune residence is ideally located:
- 450 meters from the sandy beaches;
- 600 meters from shops and restaurants;
- 1 km from a supermarket;

Sheets, towels and end-of-stay cleaning are extra:

- Bed linen pack: €16 / bed
- Towel pack: €12 / person

A security deposit of €500 is required upon arrival.
