Spanning two levels and 130 square metres, Villa Etheri accommodates up to six guests within three elegantly appointed bedrooms and two bathrooms on the ground floor, creating an ideal haven for families or friends. The extensive 1,500 square metre outdoor area is beautifully landscaped with vibrant gardens, stone details, and charming pathways, ensuring a sense of calm and privacy while offering stunning views of the surrounding scenery. Guests will discover a private pool, a spacious living-room patio, and the opportunity to enjoy al fresco dining beneath the open sky, enhancing every moment spent here.



The villa is thoughtfully equipped with modern amenities, including complimentary Wi-Fi, satellite television, a DVD player, air conditioning with individual controls, a fully equipped kitchen, and a flat-screen television. Additional features include a fireplace, laundry facilities, an iron with ironing board, a hairdryer, a full-length mirror, window nets, and a private balcony or terrace overlooking the sea and garden. Sunbeds are available at the beach, and there is a private parking area for convenience, along with transport options to and from the port or airport. Guests may also access a shared vegetable garden and benefit from cleaning services every second day.



Villa Etheri warmly welcomes children, providing complimentary baby cots for those under three and allowing one child up to twelve years to stay free of charge when using existing beds, with the maximum capacity of children’s cots or cribs in each room being two, subject to confirmation.
