Located just steps from the beach, Cedar Forest Villa is an architectural gem offering absolutely breathtaking panoramic views across the Aegean Sea! The property is nestled in the Cedar Forest of Alyko with incredible outdoor amenities including a private pool, lounge chairs plus a full pool bar with a sink, refrigerator, BBQ and outdoor shower. The 4 bedroom villa spans 3 floors and includes air conditioning, a washer and more. Access to a gorgeous white sand beach directly from the property!

The villa is designed in a modern Cycladic style with fine stone and elegant details. It consists of 3 levels and 4 bedrooms: 3 bedrooms with king sized beds (which can be split into two separate beds if needed) and a bedroom with a queen size bed.
The top-floor bedrooms overlook the sea with private balconies, while the bottom two bedrooms have access to the outdoor seating areas and your private pool. Additionally, there are two large full bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, and a living room with a flatscreen TV, a large dining area, and a fireplace.
The villa’s private entrance provides gated parking for 2-3 cars, and the property is surrounded by a centuries-old cedar forest, offering quiet, calm privacy. Outside, there are two large terraces with outdoor seating and by unobstructed views of the sea. There's also a large covered stone table dining area complete with a barbecue grill, a poolside bar, sun loungers, and an outdoor shower. When you’re ready for the beach, it’s just a short walk down your private path through the cedar forest.

There are many other beaches near the property such as Alyko Beach, Pyrgaki beach, and Glyfada beach. The gorgeous beach on the path directly behind the villa has beautiful white sand, crystal clear water, and is sparsely populated all summer.
There is a grocery store 10 minutes from the property (they also deliver), and a fantastic restaurant with traditional Greek cuisine less than a 1 minute walk from the property.
The southern part of the island is ideal for visiting some of Naxos' most famous landmarks and attractions, including the Ancient Temple of Demeter, the Plaka Beach area, the mountain towns of Apeiranthos and Filoti, and the trailhead to a hike to the highest point in the Cyclades, Mount Zeus.
