Saint Croix Villa

Dear Mrs Kate, Thank verry much you for you lovely comments about our villa. Thank you for visiting Naxos and especially our villa. Also thank you very much for informing us where you think we should be better. Concerning the areas of improvement I would like to point out the following: The check in is until 15.00 but you informed us that probably you will arrive at the villa 19.30. Following to that we informed you that at this time nobody will be at the villa for the check in but you would be able to get in the house. At the villa there is no information book since someone from our staff does the check in, in order all the questions to be answered during the check in process. In case someone forgets how something works we have made some videos in order to make it easier for our guests, which videos we sent you on the 2nd day of your stay. Now in your case, as you said with a quick message everything was resolved. Concerning the stair lights that were tripping, at this point I would like to point out that all the switches were in place, you checked in on the 20th of August and you informed us about it on the 26th, and you added in our communication that you were not bothered in order someone from our stuff to come and fix them, just you wanted to let us know. Concerning the fire alarms, by Greek law no fire alarms are essential requirement in order to rent a home for summer or winter. However in the house there are fire extinguishers, one in each floor.
