Living Spaces| As you step inside, you'll be welcomed by a large living area, thoughtfully designed for relaxation and entertainment.
The front balcony provides both a quiet street view and sea view, a wonderful spot to start your day with a cup of coffee. The rear balcony offers a more private outdoor space, perfect for unwinding in the evening.
Kitchen| Fully equipped kitchen with all utensils and necessary things to fix a good meal!
Bedrooms| 2 Bedrooms, one with a double bed while the other with four single beds.
Bathrooms| 1.5 bathrooms which includes a shower and one being an toilet
Linens| At 360 Estates, we love a good night's sleep, all linens provided are of the highest quality, and all beds are made! We also provide 2 towels per person on each bed. If the sofa bed is used, we would also provide and prepare the bed accordingly.
Laundry| Apartments have access to washing machines, cleaning equipment, iron, iron board, toiletries, and anything our guests would require to make their stay that much more special.
24/7 Access to all the amenities of the apartment.
GuestsVery important notes before booking:
1. For over and above 3-week bookings, an additional 50 Euro per person per month is to be paid, which will be sent via AIRBNB as an extra cost after booking which will cover the extra water and electricity consumed. (Max to be paid is 150 Euro)
2. Locally we have STRICT noise policies throughout the day when booking our apartment, you are agreeing that you are respecting not only the house rules but also the neighbors, especially with respect to extra noises. Not abiding by these rules can come in unwanted fines by local authorities. This is not a party home, so please respect it as such.
3. During the lovely summer season, although we do sanitize, some ants are to be expected, unfortunately, this is part of our climate but we do provide spray and traps when needed. (Although this is not common)
4. An early check-in, can be done, but only if the apartment is vacant and is cleaned in the morning.
5. Check-ins are done by one of our team or by self-check-in where we will send you all the details beforehand.
6. Waste schedules are given at the check-in and even beforehand, putting the rubbish at the right time, is imperative as otherwise we will have problems with the authorities which will fine us.
7. What is included in the apartment? (Generally includes for the first 3-5 nights)
1. Shower gels
2. Liquid Soap
3. Toilet paper (2 rolls per bathroom)
4. Dishwashing tabs (if dishwasher available) which is enough for 3-5 nights depending on the usage
5. Garbage bags
6. Linens for the bed
7. 2 Towels per person
8. No additional guests who are not part of the booking are allowed to sleep at any time on the premises. The apartment is always insured on the guest amount you book. If you will be having any other guests it is important to get permission first, a nightly fee could be charged for the extra guest. will have full access to our apartment, including the private balcony.
Unfortunately, our property does not offer on-site parking, but street parking nearby is generally available.
