Regarding the mouse, as soon as this was reported to us, we immediately contacted our pest control company and the issue was actioned. Unfortunately, this is not something that happens regularly, but we appreciate that having a mouse in the kitchen during your stay was unpleasant and understandably affected your experience. With regard to the seating, the additional chairs had already been ordered and have since been delivered following your stay. We are sorry that these were not available during your visit. We have also raised the concerns regarding the pet hair and cleanliness with our cleaning company, as the property should have been thoroughly cleaned and checked before your arrival. We are addressing this with them to ensure greater attention is given going forward. We’re pleased to hear that you found the house itself lovely, the bedrooms suitable for your group, and the bathrooms clean.
