Higher Lane House is a newly renovated property with five en-suite bedrooms all with wide screen tv’s and free WiFi.

The property has been designed with minimum contact in mind, so if your looking for a property for work there is plenty of space for you to self contain, and if your looking for a family escape there is a beautiful large family kitchen with a private courtyard on the ground floor where you can all be together.

The kitchen comes fully equipped with all the mod cons including a dining table, large corner sofa and 60” flat screen tv. The courtyard is perfect for those warm summer evenings to relax with a glass of wine and chill with a book.

The bedrooms are laid out over three floors, the is a double bedroom on the ground floor, two doubles on the second floor, and a super queen bedroom and single bedroom on the third floor.

The Barbican is just a 5 minute walk from the property and is the heart of the city's heritage with some of the oldest buildings and a great number of historical stories. It is a vibrant place of cobbled streets with over 200 listed buildings, many of them to be Tudor and Jacobean. The Barbican offers a wide range of boutique shops, art galleries, traditional pubs, cosmopolitan bars, cafes and restaurants set amidst picturesque scenery.

The Hoe has breathtaking views across Plymouth Sound and no trip to Plymouth is complete without a visit. It is the perfect place to spend a sunny day looking out over the panoramic views, enjoying a picnic on the grass underneath Smeaton's Tower or taking a dip in the art deco Tinside Lido.

Drake Circus shopping mall and the Theatre Royal are both within a 5 minute walking distance from the House.

The House comes with a parking spot located in a private courtyard. The entrance to this is off a Higher Lane just to the left of the house.
