Money's worth : The welcome details (welcome package) and the online support for any info we might've needed. Also the beds and couch were really comfy. The apartment was cleaned good, but the bathroom wasn't cleaned that good (probably rushed a bit). There was a lot of hair in the drawer under the sink and around the sink.

A great choice, but I’d recommend the rooms on the top floor : The location. You can reach the main attractions by metro or on foot, and it’s very easy to get to the airport by metro. The area is very central but avoids the overly touristy spots, ideal for those who want to visit a café with locals, art galleries or alternative bookshops. Spotlessly clean; a bonus was that for stays of over 7 days there was a mid-stay clean. The kitchen is very well equipped. Plenty of space. Comfortable mattresses. From the description, I didn’t realise that the bedroom and bathroom are in the basement, which is quite damp and has little light. As it is a very damp city, the atmosphere becomes almost unhealthy during the winter; as there was plenty of space, we slept on the sofa bed in the living room on the ground floor. There was no mirror; there was only one in the bathroom. There was no broom or vacuum cleaner to clean the floor.

Absolutely repeatable, as even the small challenges were easy to handle beautifully furnished, stylish and spacious flat; uncomplicated access; good location with very good accessibility; very pleasant flair with beautiful wooden floors, nice furniture, old decorated ceilings, modern kitchens and bathrooms Kitchen equipment very limited and very sparse; in one flat the WLAN did not work (and incorrect WLAN access data was given); internet-based television therefore did not work either; cleanliness is ok, but can be significantly improved by simple things (vacuuming more thoroughly, cleaning mirrors, checking fresh beds for hair); in one flat the kitchen was damaged and had to be complained about; in another flat problems with the hot water, which were quickly fixed - however, very poor and lengthy communication with the emergency number provided in advance, whereby calling did not work at all and whatsapp went very slowly
