The keys to access the property are stored in the self check in box, and you will be provided with all the necessary instructions at the time of booking. The apartment is equipped with all the comforts needed for your stay. Thanks to its strategic location and the incredible views, this wonderful apartment promises you an unforgettable holiday.

In our apartment, you will find coffee, tea, sugar, salt, pepper, oil, and a welcome kit available free of charge. In addition to toilet paper, linens, towels, and bed sheets, the kitchen is stocked with dish soap, a new sponge, towels, cleaning products (if needed), and containers for separate waste disposal. For any needs, we are always available to assist you from 8:30 AM to 6:30 PM. A concierge service is also available (except during the night) via chat, where you can ask any questions, from how appliances work, to the best local restaurants, the most beautiful sights, or the nearest parking options.

We kindly ask you to leave used towels in the bathroom and the bed linens on the bed before departure as a gesture of cooperation. Before check out, please sort and dispose of your waste according to the instructions in the house manual. Please turn off all electronic devices (TV, air conditioning, etc.) before leaving the apartment and make sure to lock doors, windows, and balconies. Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment, but it is permitted in the outdoor areas.

Train + Bus There is no direct train station in Brissago: the easiest way is to take a train to Locarno or Bellinzona and then continue by bus. From Locarno, you can take a bus to Brissago (about 20 25 minutes). Some local connections also allow taking bus line 8 to reach specific points in Brissago. Local Buses Brissago is served by several bus lines (e.g., 316, 3, 8) with stops such as Piazza del Sole, Brissago, Brissago Nevedone, and Brissago Municipio. Buses are the main way to get around from the center or bus stops to various areas of the town and surroundings. Lake Maggiore Boats From Locarno (and sometimes from Ascona), panoramic boats and ferries depart that also dock at Brissago, perfect for a scenic arrival or a lake excursion. The navigation service can be seasonal or tied to tourist schedules, so it s best to check updated schedules during the season. Taxis and Private Transfers Local taxi services are available (e.g., Taxi Prato, Taxi Franco) for direct transfers from stations or airports. Some hotels and properties also offer shuttle or private transfer services on request. Private Car / Car Rental Brissago is easily reachable from Bellinzona or Locarno via the A13 highway, with well marked exits for Lake Maggiore. Parking spaces are available in the town and at many properties. Ticino Ticket (Free Public Transport) If you stay at a participating property, you can obtain the Ticino Ticket, which allows you to travel for free on many public transport options across the canton during your stay.

The kitchen is fully equipped, perfect for those who enjoy cooking even on holiday: it includes a stove, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, kettle, and all necessary utensils. (Note: there is no coffee machine.) The apartment has two bathrooms: one with a shower and a very spacious one with a bathtub, perfect for relaxing after a day of hiking, lake activities, or cultural visits. Outside, there are two areas to fully enjoy your stay: a small terrace with stunning lake views, ideal for enjoying the morning light or a quiet moment at sunset, and an outdoor area with a table and chairs, perfect for al fresco meals and summer evenings surrounded by nature. The apartment is located in a quiet, slightly elevated area, ensuring peace and silence, yet just a few minutes drive from the center of Brissago, where you will find restaurants, shops, a lakeside lido, and everything you might need. Thanks to its strategic location, you can easily explore the best of Ticino: Ascona, Locarno, the Maggia Valley, Monte Verità, and numerous scenic walks await you.
