Ferienhaus für bis zu 6 Personen mit Panoramaseeblick

Das Ferienhaus ist geeignet für bis zu 6 Erwachsene. Es verfügt über 3 einzelne Schlafzimmer mit jeweils einem deluxe Boxspringdoppelbett(1,80m breit), einer Auszugscouch im oberen Geschoß für 2 Kinder. Der Zugang zum Haus ist im Kellergeschoß, hier ist die Garderobe. Über eine schöne Massivholztreppe kommen Sie in das Wohnzimmer mit offener Küche. Hier steht eine Echtleder-Wohnlandschaft(ohne Schlaffunktion), eine moderne Küche mit Kühlschrank und Geschirrspüler, sowie ein großer Tisch mit 5 Stühlen und einer Sitzbank. EIn schwenkbarer 40´Zoll TFT steht mit SwisscomTV zur Verfügung. Durch eine Tür neben der Küche kann man in den Garten gehen, hier befindet sich eine kleine Fläche mit Stühlen. Auf dieser Etage befinden sich 2 der Schlafzimmer, sowie ein Bad mit Toilette, Waschbecken und Dusche. Über die großen Schiebetüren gelangt man auf den Balkon mit Seeblick. Weiter geht es über die Treppe in das Obergeschoß, hier befindet sich ein großzügiger Wohnbereich mit 2 Relaxsesseln einem Loungesofa(mit Schlaffunktion), ein Schlafraum und ein Bad mit Toilette, Waschbecken und Badewanne. Das besondere im Obergeschoß ist der großartige Ausblick auf den Lago Maggiore und die große Terrasse mit Edelstahlgrill, Sonnenschirm, Tisch und Stühle.
Die Zufahrt zum Haus erfolgt über eine Privatstraße, diese ist tessintypisch etwas steiler, aber mit jedem herkömmlichen Fahrzeug befahrbar. Das Fahrzeug kann aber auch in der Auffahrt abgestellt werden. Insgesamt können 2 Fahrzeuge auf dem Grundstück abgestellt werden(oder 10 Motorräder).
Für die Gäste steht ein Wlan-Zugang kostenfrei zur Verfügung.


This beautiful hillside holiday house can accommodate up to 6 adults. In the house there are 3 bedrooms. Each of these rooms is equipped with a luxurious box-spring double bed (1,80 m wide). In the upper floor you can also find a sofa bed suitable for 2 children. The entrance of the accommodation is on the ground floor providing enough space for your coats and shoes. A solid wooden staircase leads you to the first floor where you can find the sitting room area with an open kitchen. Here the guest´s eyes are attracted by the comfortable and big seating ensemble (no sleeping function) made of genuine leather and a 40-inch TFT (Swisscom TV available). Our fully equipped modern kitchen consists of a fridge and a dishwasher as well as big table providing space for up to 10 people (5 chairs and 1 bench seat). Two of the three bedrooms, one bathroom with a WC, a washbasin and a shower are located on this floor as well. There is a door next to the kitchen which leads you to the garden. You can find there a table, 4 garden chairs and a stainless steel grill. When opening the big sliding window doors you can access the balcony and enjoy the lovely view of the Lake Maggiore. The second floor can be reached by using the wooden stairs. Here you can find another spacious sitting room area with 2 armchairs to relax and a big sofa with sleeping function. The third of the 3 bedrooms, another bathroom with a WC, a washbasin and a bath are located on this floor. What makes the second floor special is the most beautiful view of the Lake Maggiore you can imagine from inside but also from the outside – from the spacious terrace. The terrace, where you can relax and enjoy the marvelous landscape, is equipped with a sunshade, a table and chairs for up to 10 people.
The holiday house can be reached via the fairly steep private road - which is typical for the Ticino. However, it is accessible for the conventional vehicle. The car can also be parked in the private driveway. On the property itself there is parking space for 2 vehicles or 10 motorbikes.
