For the more energetic visitors, there is a handy locked area to the side of the property which is perfect for storing bikes or water sports equipment.

Your kitchen is well equipped for a seaside break, with a full-size fridge freezer, oven and hob, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer.

The bathroom has a bath with shower over - ideal for a quick shower after a day on the beach, or a relaxing soak if you've been hiking on the nearby South Downs.

The living area is really the wow-factor space of the house - a large open plan L-shaped room with floor-to-ceiling windows at one end boasting gorgeous water views.

The main part of the lounge has two sofas to kick back and relax in front of the smart TV.

Over by the windows, the six-seater dining table is well-placed to make the most of the views, and round the corner is a tranquil spot with another sofa, ideal to snuggle with a book.

There is an off-road parking space for one car. WiFi is provided along with all linen and regular towels (pack your beach towels).
