Dolphins ist ein freistehender Bungalow mit 3 großen Schlafzimmern, einer Familienküche und einem Badezimmer. Es gibt ein großes Wohnzimmer und einen separaten Essbereich für 6 Erwachsene, der zum Wintergarten führt. Wir haben Off-Road-Parkplätze für 2 Autos und einen sicheren und privaten gepflegten Garten nach Westen, ideal zum Entspannen und Sonnenbaden. Dolphins ist gut ausgestattet mit der neuesten Technologie Kombi-Boiler für Warmwasser und Gas-Zentralheizung, WI-Fi, LED-Beleuchtung, Free Sat-TV Radio i Pod DVD-Player ausgestattet. Die gut ausgestattete Küche verfügt über Bosch-Geräte. Wir haben ein großes Kingsize-Schlafzimmer, das in 2 Einzelbetten auf Wunsch ein mittelgroßes Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett und das dritte Schlafzimmer mit 2 Einzelbetten aufgeteilt werden können. Wir haben saubere Baumwollbettwäsche und Handtücher in unserem Preis. Gas und Strom sind ebenfalls im Preis enthalten. Delfine ist trügerisch es sieht von der Straße kompakt, aber es gibt viel Platz für 6 Erwachsene und wir sind stolz darauf, eine sichere und angenehme Basis für Ihren Urlaub.

Spring break

We always want a quiet week in March and Dolphins provided that. Placed close to Eastbourne and Bexhill, although quiet, Pevensey Bay is close enough to life if you want to go out and about. We had lovely weather so made use of the garden. The accommodation was comfortable and well equipped. Mike (the owner) is a good communicator and made sure we had all we needed for our stay.

Nice house near the beach

We had a great time in mikes house. Best thing about it is the great location though with just a 1 min walk to the beach. We couldn’t ask for a better location.

Good location in east Sussex

Single storey accommodation suitable for older people in a very quiet area, hand rails in bathroom and ramp to front door. Convenient for Eastbourne and Hastings.

Family break

We had a lovely week in this lovely bungalow everything you would need was there even bowls for doggies.Comfortable beds and great power shower .The garden is so peaceful to sit out in and very well kept with lots of plants to look at and we had lovely weather which was a bonus. Great summer week at Dolphins in Pevensey Bay

A lovely bungalow 2 minutes walk to Pevensey Beach. Very comfortable home for the week, comfy beds, a beautiful little garden, and everything we needed was here for us. The beach is dog friendly all year round and the garden at Dolphins is completely secure. There are take always and restaurants within a short stroll. A great find, highly recommended.

Nice house in a quiet location

Dolphins has a pleasantly quiet location and a nice neighbourhood. The pebble beach can be easily reached via the short road and was not overcrowded. A bakery, a small shop and several restaurants are within an easy walking distance. A bus stop with bus transport to Eastbourne is nearby. The house is beautiful, with lots of plants and a very pretty garden. The furniture and fixtures are in good condition and the kitchen is equipped with new appliances. We really enjoyed our time at Dolphins.

Excellent stay at Dolphins

We enjoyed our week at Dolphins very much. The house is perfectly located - a short walk to the beach or to the village. Everything you need is there, fully equipped kitchen, parking etc. We were travelling with two dogs and found it very practical for them, too (easy to clean, you can close the doors in the hallway so that they cannot run away while you are getting something from the car etc.). Very friendly and uncomplicated contact with the owners. We also liked the area a lot and will come back when we go to Eastbourne/Pevensey again.

Dolphins

We recently stayed at Dolphins for 5 days and had a lovely time. The property is in an excellent location (close to beach, shops and local pubs) and is well stocked with everything you would need for your stay. The property is deceiving from the outside and very spacious especially the bedrooms. Tiled floors throughout the property which makes it lovely and cool in the hot weather (especially for a dog). Host was very informative from the start and on hand to answer any questions we had. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Roomy bungalow with lovely garden

Dolphins is a well-laid out bungalow with a lovely garden and offers more room than one might think. It is well-equipped and clean bed linen and towels were provided and changed during our longer stay. The interior is a little older and worn in places, but there are certain details, which make for a cosy atmosphere. The only thing that was a little disappointing was the lack of cleaning in some places. The beach and the nearby shops can be reached easily on foot, and for those without a car there is a bus stop just round the corner for journeys to surrounding destinations. The booking process was uncomplicated and Mike was there to meet us. All in all we had a lovely stay in Dolphins.

We all loved it here definitely coming back

One of the best holidays I have ever been on, I went out every day during the holiday. I loved every second of it and, the bungalow is fairly big. I think my personal favourite rooms were the lounge, bog and bedroom that had beds that could be splitted into 2. I had a luscious shower in the built-in shower bit, I would recommend that to anybody although everytime you’d turn the light on the fan kept coming on in the lavatory. Oh, and the small circle mirror that you could pull out next to the big framed square one was handy I’d say. Bath is confusing. I tried to have one, no use. I put hot water tap on first at high, and then I mixed some cold into it and suddenly the shower zapped on which gave me a proper fright. So, I don’t understand that. Also, Mike specified that there’s only a shower on the website? 1 shower?? When in reality there is a bath with a connected shower?? The kitchen is very nice now I am not a fan of gas hobs but that one was good and easy to operate. Cooked my meals quickly. A good bin selection, general-compost-recycling although no soft. It is fair I would say. A cupboard in the kitchen has a basket of pegs which were handy for me. Bedrooms are nice, not the cleanest but it doesn’t bother me. I slept very well each night, I wasn’t woken by cars or anything. Peaceful area. Nice that it is near a beach too, which we took a coupla walks to. My cats loved it here as well. I like the big arrangement of cacti everywhere. A positive 9.7/10! Ps. By Lara, 14.

Idealer Ort für Urlaub in England

Ideale Lage am Strand (allerdings reiner Kiesstrand und herausfordernd bei Flut, Baden eher schwierig) und in große Nähe zu vielfältigen Angeboten für ganze Familie (Natur, Geschichte-Schlösser, Entertainment, typisch britische Dörfer)-England at its best😄. Haus sehr geräumig (wir waren 2 Eltern, 3 Kinder 20, 17, 11), viele Betten und Zimmer., Garten. Sehr hilfsbereiter host.

Spacious, comfortable & well equipped holiday home.

Despite much cool and wet weather we found living in Dolphins a very comfortable and relaxing experience. Given that we had to use the heating in June! - it would be cosy at any time of the year. The owner was most helpful and efficient during booking and check-in. It is perfectly located for Eastbourne and if you just like the beach it is 200 yards away. Local shops, restaurants & take-aways are 5 minutes walk. We can happily recommend this property.

What a little gem,don't be fooled by the outside, this place is like the tardis. 3 really good sized bedrooms,good kitchen and bathroom and nice lounge diner.really cosy inside and good access to the rear garden from the lounge.added bonus was the sun room.we are a party of 5 with 2 large dogs and this place is perfect,tiled floors throughout makes for easy cleaning.the kitchen has everything you could ask for with a nice selection of crockery and glasses.we would highly recommend this property and will not hesitate to stay again

Thank you for the lovely review I understand the home looks small from the road but has plenty of room inside for 6 adults Dolphins is ideally suited for a great seaside adventure and we are keen to offer a high quality holiday home at a reasonable price.

Very comfortable bungalow

A great find. We travel to Eastbourne a lot throughout the year and this is perfect for us. The accommodation is comfortable and it has everything we needed. A very short walk gets us on the beach which is ideal with the dog. The host was very accommodating and helpful too which is always a bonus.

Dolphins is situated in the old fishing village of Pevensey Bay, William the1st landed here in 1066 and built a castle across the road from us. In the village, we have shops and a number of good pubs and restaurants, all within walking distance. Dolphins, our holiday home has 3 good sized bedrooms, a large kitchen and a family-sized bathroom with a bath and separate shower. The sitting room and dining area face the secluded west facing back garden. ideal for rest relaxation and sitting in the sun.The floors are all tiled and steam cleaned after every let. We are a 5-minute walk to the beach which is very popular with locals throughout the summer. Dolphins makes an ideal base for your holiday

No steps or stairs, so all on one level. Clean fully tiled floors throughout the property which are steam cleaned after every let, grab rails and mobility aids are available in the bathroom, The bedrooms have very comfortable mattresses and blackout curtains. Clean cotton sheets and towels are provided for each let. We have free off-road parking for 2 cars. A Secluded and private back garden and a garden room/conservatory which provides a lovely space to sit a relax in the early mornings and evenings.
