Comfortably accommodating up to 6 guests (4 in beds + 2 on a sofa bed), this bright and stylish apartment features spacious interiors and three private terraces — including a chill-out area and barbecue — ideal for enjoying the Mediterranean climate in total privacy.
Located just a 3-minute drive or a 12-minute walk from Playa del Cable, and with easy access to Marbella's historic center, shops, restaurants, and beaches, Monteazul offers the perfect combination of relaxation and convenience. If you have a second dog, this may be considered on a case by case basis. Please kindly consider my house rules if you bring your dog.
- Dogs must be well behaved and house trained.
- Dogs must be strictly kept downstairs and off the soft furnishings.
- Any fouling on premises must be cleared uf without delay
- Muddy paws should be cleaned before allowed in the house.
- Dogs must NOT be left alone in the property

We operate a strict no party policy and please respect my neighbors by keeping tv, voice and music very low after 10pm.
IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys, we require guest verification facilitated by Truvi (Previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process.
The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.
Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
