This beautiful apartment is located in one of the most exclusive areas of central Marbella, right on the main avenue and just steps from the seafront promenade and the beach. Its privileged location allows guests to enjoy the lively urban atmosphere without giving up the proximity to the sea.
Recently renovated and tastefully decorated, the apartment stands out for its brightness, functionality, and attention to detail. It features a comfortable living room with an integrated, fully equipped kitchen, ideal for both short and long stays. The sitting area, with a sofa, armchairs, and Smart TV, opens directly onto a spacious private terrace.
The east-facing terrace is one of the apartment’s most enjoyable spaces. It is furnished with an outdoor dining area and comfortable seating, perfect for relaxing in the sun and making the most of the Costa del Sol’s exceptional climate for most of the year.
The building includes a communal swimming pool and sunbathing lawn. The pool is open from June 15th to September 15th, between 11:00 and 20:00.
The apartment has two double bedrooms. The first bedroom has a double bed (150 x 200 cm) and a built-in wardrobe. The second, more spacious, includes two single beds (90 x 200 cm), a built-in wardrobe, a full en-suite bathroom with shower, and direct access to the terrace. There is also a second full bathroom with shower for added convenience.
This holiday home is ideal for disconnecting and enjoying an unforgettable stay in Marbella. Just five minutes’ walk from the old town, the beach, and the promenade, the area is surrounded by supermarkets, shops, tapas bars, and restaurants that capture the spirit of Mediterranean living.
The booking of each Genteel Home accommodation includes the offer of extra experiences or activities to improve your experience, which are managed by external providers, who will inform you by e-mail or Whats App, and you can contract or refuse them.
