Echeide: A cozy retreat in Costa Adeje with breathtaking views

Welcome to Echeide, our charming 40 m² studio with a spacious 10 m² terrace, perfect for two guests. The name Echeide comes from what the aboriginal people of Tenerife once called Mount Teide.

Located in the peaceful area of San Eugenio Alto, Costa Adeje, inside the lovely residential complex Island Village Heights, the apartment offers spectacular views of the sea, the mountains, and the majestic peak of Teide.

🏊 On the top floor, accessible by a panoramic elevator, you’ll find a stunning swimming pool with sun loungers and umbrellas — the perfect spot to relax while enjoying unforgettable views.

🌅 Just a few meters from the apartment entrance, the complex also has a large viewpoint, overlooking Mount Teide on one side and the Atlantic Ocean with the islands of La Gomera.

💧 On the ground floor, you’ll find a drinking water machine where you can conveniently refill your bottles at a very low cost.

🌴 The location

San Eugenio Alto is a quiet residential area where you can enjoy peace and relaxation, while being just minutes away from the lively Costa Adeje coastline.

La Pinta Beach (Puerto Colón) and Torviscas Beach (connected to Playa de Fañabé) are just a 20-minute walk (1.2 km).

A short and inexpensive taxi ride will take you to other nearby beaches such as Playa del Duque, Las Vistas, or Los Cristianos, as well as the vibrant Golden Mile in Playa de Las Américas.

If you love walking, the seafront promenade connects Playa del Duque all the way to Las Vistas and Los Cristianos — a beautiful 5 km stroll along the ocean.
