Travel to Santa Eulalia del Rio and discover this charming villa that's full of character. This Villa makes a welcome retreat from busy schedules and modern life.

Enjoy this delightful modern detached villa built in the traditional Ibecencan style with stunning panoramic views over the golf course of Ibiza and across the sea to Formentera.

The house is located on a wooded hillside close to the beach resort of Cala Llonga and Santa Eulalia.

The accommodation comprises three double bedrooms and two bathrooms, private swimming pool, poolside dining area, full pool table, satellite TV and many other amenities. Centrally heated for off season lets. Car hire highly recommended. Changeover day Saturday.

Ideal for a quiet secluded "get away from it all" holiday but with the option to enjoy all the delights of the island if you feel like it. Small children will need supervision for external stairs and pool. Also not suitable for older children who want the beach and other amenities to be on the doorstep.

The main house has a spacious living room opening on to a veranda from which you can enjoy the well kept garden and fine views of the sunset over the Ibiza hills.

Linen and towels are all included to make your stay more enjoyable.

- Check-in time is 4pm and check-out is 10am.
- No hen or stag parties
- No parties
- No non residents allowed at the Villa
- Smoking is not allowed.
- There are free parking on premises parking facilities available at the property.
- Pets are not allowed at the property.

5* - A relaxing getaway in beautiful surroundings (Michael O)
We went for a week in June, it was our first time to this villa and we enjoyed it so much we can't wait to go again. The property is very well appointed with everything one could want for a peaceful and utterly relaxing holiday in gorgeous surroundings and spectacular views. Ibiza Town and other beach resorts are easily accessible by car, but why bother when one can relax around the beautiful gardens and sip chilled drinks by the pool! I could not recommend this villa too highly.
