There is a non-enclosed rear garden with a lawn and off-road parking for two cars. Within 5 miles, you will find a shop, with a pub 3.9 miles away. The is a non-smoking property. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen, towels, and a starter pack for the woodburning stove are included in the price. A highchair, stairgate, and travel cot are available on request. Steps leading into the hallway so take care. Good Housekeeping Bond of 250 GBP. About a mile from Great Torrington is the spectacular RHS Rosemoor Gardens with arboretum and herbaceous borders in a breathtaking setting by the River Torridge. There are many villages to visit on the North Devon coast including picturesque Clovelly built on a steep hillside above the sea, beautiful Appledore with it’s colourful fishermen’s cottages, famous Lynton and Lynmouth with the cliff-top railway, and Hartland Point with its breathtaking sea and coastal views. The diverse beaches of North Devon are not far away including; Westward Ho!, Instow, Saunton Sands, Woolacombe and Croyde, to name a few. Lundy Island, lying just 10 miles off the coast of North Devon is home to a fascinating array of birds and seals, and can be reached on Lundy's own boat from Bideford Quay. Great Torrington is a quiet, convenient base from which to explore North Devon, the Tarka Trail and the rolling Devon landscape.
