Breakwater is a bright and airy ground floor, dog friendly, North Berwick holiday home with two bedrooms. This sea facing Victorian apartment has high ceilings, original features and large picture windows. The twin bedroom offers breathtaking views of the Firth of Forth and the Bass Rock, whilst the master bedroom benefits from a modern en-suite shower room with a walk-in shower.
The open plan sitting room and new kitchen is spacious and enjoys views of the beach. The galley kitchen is well equipped with electric hob, oven, microwave and fridge freezer as well as a large dining table which seats up to six. There are also two large, comfortable sofas, a smart TV and Alexa. This lovely apartment is carefully designed and equipped to appeal to guests looking for a stylish apartment decorated to reflect its beach side location.
North Berwick is a wonderful seaside town, well located for the best that Scotland has to offer. With breath-taking views along the Firth of Forth and the tiny islands of Bass Rock, Lamb, Fidra and Craigleith, it offers an unforgettable holiday destination. Its vibrant high street, with its range of cafes, restaurants and stylish independent shops is a great place to browse. The beach is at the heart of the town and the charming harbour area, with its pretty beach huts and colourful boats really adding to the seaside atmosphere. Must-see destinations nearby include The Scottish Seabird Centre, The National Museum of Flight, Tantallon Castle and of course, a day trip to the beautiful capital of Scotland.

This is a pet friendly property - we welcome either a cats or a dogs. There is an additional charge of £30.00 per pet per week, with a maximum 2 small dogs, or 1 medium size dog. Central heating, electricity, bed linen, and towels are all included in the rental price. Complimentary WiFi available.

Free on road unrestricted parking or Imperial Car Park, also free.

You are required to pay a 20% deposit payment with a minimum payment of £150.00 or higher which secures the property, this payment is non refundable in the event of a cancellation.Then, 42 days prior to your arrival date the balance will be payable with a separate refundable damage deposit of £150.00 due 7 days before your arrival date. Your refundable damage deposit will be held until you depart and then automatically refunded back onto your card within the week after you depart
