The entrance opens onto a welcoming common area, ideal for relaxing or enjoying a shared meal, furnished with a large dining table and cozy armchairs. Guests also have access to a small, fully equipped kitchen, perfect for breakfast, snacks, or a glass of wine with friends.

Every space has been thoughtfully designed to offer maximum comfort and well-being, featuring original frescoes, hand-crafted pietra serena fireplaces, elegant bedding, and luxurious travertine marble bathrooms. Large windows provide breathtaking views over one of the town’s most iconic squares.

Suite Duomo --> a two-level suite with a double bed and two single beds on a loft, private travertine hammam, and pietra serena fireplace. Stunning views over Piazza Signorelli.

Suite Garibaldi --> a spacious attic suite ideal for families, with two separate bedrooms, a whirlpool tub, double shower, and views over Cortona’s rooftops.

Note:

The apartment, and therefore the rooms, are located on the fourth floor of an 18th-century building without an elevator. The staircase is made of stone and quite spacious, but please keep in mind the historical nature of the property.

Please also note that none of the bathrooms are equipped with a bidet.
