Please note the following important information before making a reservation:

- Towels, sheets and toilet paper are included upon arrival, however, replacement or change during your stay is not included.

- Travel cot/Travel crib:
Price: 30.00 EUR per reservation. Guests must bring sheets. It is not guaranteed, guests must request it 24-48 hours in advance and, if available, we will provide it.

- Arrival outside the usual hours:

- Our check-in time is from 15:00 to 19:00, Monday to Friday (consult us if you want to enter earlier). Outside of this time, 30 EUR will be charged in cash, after 22:00 it will be 50 EUR and after 1:00 it will be 100 EUR.

- If the day of arrival is a local or national holiday, weekend, the cost will be 30 EUR until 22:00, after 22:00 it will be 50 EUR and from 1:00 it will be 100 euros.

- If the day of arrival is 24/12, 25/12, 26/12, 31/12 and 01/01 the charges will be as follows: 50 EUR until 22:00, after 22:00 100 euros and after 1:00 150 euros

- The Tourist Tax in force in Barcelona will be applied. (6.25€/person/night, over 16 years old and up to 7 nights).

- SMOKING IS NOT PERMITTED under any circumstances. Receiving a complaint or having evidence that smoking occurs in the apartment will result in immediate eviction from the apartment and a fine of at least 400 euros. Smoking is completely prohibited in all areas of the apartment.

- PARTIES OR GATHERINGS ARE NOT PERMITTED under any circumstances. If we receive a complaint and/or the police, security or neighbours intervene, you will have to pay a fine of 500 € (in addition to the police fine).
