Dieses wunderschön eingerichtete Stadthaus mit 2 Schlafzimmern und 2. 5 Bädern wurde im Januar 2019 geschmackvoll renoviert und liegt in einer der begehrtesten Gegenden am westlichen Ende des Panama City Beach. Wir befinden uns an der wunderschönen Golfküste, nur 3 km von 30 A und 11 km vom Pier Park entfernt. Dies ist die Einheit Nr. 20 im Ramsgate Harbour, einem flachen Stadthaus in Panama City Beach, Florida. Dieser Komplex mit geringer Dichte bietet einen angenehmen Strandurlaub abseits der Massen.

Das Stadthaus ist ein zweistöckiges Gebäude, in dem sechs Gäste bequem Platz finden. Die Schlafzimmer befinden sich im Obergeschoss. Unser Hauptschlafzimmer mit Golffront verfügt über ein bequemes Kingsize-Bett, geräumige Schränke, einen Fernseher und ein wunderschön aktualisiertes eigenes Badezimmer mit übergroßer Dusche. Das Schlafzimmer verfügt über deckenhohe Fenster mit Zugang zu Ihrem privaten Balkon mit Meerblick. Das Gästezimmer verfügt über ein Queensize-Bett, einen TV, einen geräumigen Kleiderschrank und ein eigenes Bad mit einer Badewanne / Dusche-Kombination.

Das Wohnzimmer auf der Hauptebene verfügt über deckenhohe Fenster mit Blick auf den Golf, ein Schlafsofa mit einer Queen-Size-Matratze, einen 50-Zoll-Flachbildfernseher, einen DVD-Player und ein WOW-Kabel sowie einen herrlichen Balkon mit Meerblick. Der aktualisierte Essbereich bietet Platz für 4 Gäste am Tisch und 2 weitere an der Frühstücksbar, die viel Platz zum Essen und Brettspielen bieten. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet für diejenigen, die gerne mit viel Stauraum und einer Speisekammer kochen. Die Waschmaschine und der Trockner befinden sich im Wäscheschrank. Es gibt auch ein praktisches Halbbad im Hauptwohnbereich.

Jede Reservierung zwischen dem 1. März und dem 15. Oktober beinhaltet einen Strandservice. Dazu gehören 2 Strandstühle im Resort-Stil und ein übergroßer Sonnenschirm, der täglich während Ihres Besuchs am Strand aufgestellt wird.

Darüber hinaus genießen Sie den Pool am Strand, Toiletten, Pavillon mit Grill und überdachte Parkplätze.

Gäste müssen mindestens 25 Jahre alt sein, um diese Wohnung zu mieten. Ramsgate Harbor erlaubt keine Haustiere. Dies ist eine Nichtraucherunterkunft.

We had a great stay overall. The condo was very clean, and the entry instructions were simple and easy to follow. We especially appreciated having beach chairs set up for us each day. There is some nearby construction, particularly around adjacent condos, so there was occasional noise near the pool area, but it didn’t impact our sleep or time inside the unit. We would definitely stay here again when we return to the area.

Ramsgate Harbour is one of those rare resorts where you can enjoy the beaches and area without the congestion of attractions, and yet be only minutes away from them. 30A is just around the corner to the West and a great place to visit and take in the scenery and try some of their local fare. Pier Park and Panama City Beach are to the East and have their attractions and local fare as well. Or, unwind at Ramsgate, grill, take a dip in the pool, stroll the beaches and enjoy the relaxing atmosphere. Hope to see you all again next year!

Relaxing stay at the beach

We enjoyed staying at Ramsgate Harbor because it is a beach front property, less crowded than high-rise buildings and easy to get around the area. Our condo was quiet, clean, well-stocked and well-maintained. We enjoyed using both upper and lower decks overlooking the water. We appreciated the beach service. This condo will be our first choice when planning another stay in the area.

Family Fun Beach Time

Ramsgate Harbor is always a wonderful getaway to Panama City Beach. This year, construction was being done prior to our stay that caused a change of condos within Ramsgate. David Dees was very helpful in getting us into a different unit for our week, and we were able to enjoy our family, play, and relax at the most beautiful beach in the world!

Good location, quiet side of PCB

This property has a nice beach with easy access. It is a very quiet, family oriented area. The rental property was very nice with wonderful amenities. The only negative aspect of this property is all the stairs because there is no elevator. The property manager was very helpful and responded to any questions I had in a timely manner.

Perfect Spot

Condo looks exactly as pictured and description is accurate. We loved the location. Beach was beautiful and never crowded. Love having beach chairs already set up every day. Close to grocery stores and restaurants. Is definitely far enough away from the crowds in the main part of PCB which was a huge plus for us. Very family friendly. Not one bad thing to say about our stay here. Thanks for sharing your home with us. Can’t wait to come back.

Quiet and Beautiful View

The condo was just as advertised...quiet, gorgeous view, beautiful beach but it needed a thorough cleaning. The windows were dirty, the microwave had pieces of food in it, the wall hanging in the bathroom needed dusting, and the sink needed a good scrubbing.

The condo is nicely updated and the views are awesome. No mention of any cleaning concerns were made during the stay. It should be noted that we did have tornadoes on April 10 that come off the gulf and sprayed sand and salt water allover buildings and did some damage in the area. We do take cleaning serious and would have been happy to address any cleaning issues/concerns inside. Housekeeping has been notified and we will follow up to make sure these issues are resolved and that overall cleaning is maintained to a high standard.

Beach Getaway

My girlfriend and I went to relax as she is getting married in 2 weeks. The condo was clean and had everything we needed. The beds were so comfortable I feel like when I need a good nights sleep I need to come back. Everything is so close and also having the beach chair setup everyday was such a nice added amenity. I have already rebooked. The host is very responsive and super easy to work with. Thank you.

Location and convenience are definitely a plus when staying at Ramsgate. The views and onsite amenities make the stay even more enjoyable.
