Surrounded by a beautifully maintained private garden, the villa features several outdoor areas dedicated to well-being and conviviality: cozy sofas, shaded gazebos, small tables perfect for sunset aperitifs, and a large dining table with parasol and built-in stone barbecue, ideal for dining under the stars.
At the center of the garden, guests can enjoy a beautiful pool (10 x 4 m, depth from 90 to 140 cm), open from May to October, and equipped with sun loungers and deck chairs for ultimate relaxation. Completing the outdoor amenities are two hot tubs, also open from May to October: a larger one with a lounge area, accommodating up to 6 people, and a smaller, more intimate hot tub for 2 people, perfect for a romantic moment of wellness.
Guests also have access to a convenient outdoor private parking area for 8-10 cars, and an outdoor shower with hot water and a pleasant waterfall effect.

Villa le Moie is divided into 6 comfortable apartments, each with a separate entrance and a private external courtyard. The entire property can host up to 25 guests and includes 6 bedrooms and 7 bathrooms (one of which is a service bathroom with changing room).
Elegantly restored, the villa retains its original charm with exposed stone walls, wooden ceiling beams steeped in history, and high-quality solid wood doors and windows.
Each apartment is equipped with air conditioning, Internet Wifi, and a double sofa bed. Common areas include a laundry room and a minibar area (with capsule espresso machine and a high table for breakfast or aperitifs).
On request, 2 baby cots and 2 high chairs are available. Pets are allowed upon request and subject to an extra charge.
