The villa has 10 double bedrooms with bathroom, some with an overhead sleeping area to add one or more beds. Recently restored with great taste and care, the country house has kept its brick façades intact, the typical wooden beamed ceilings and terracotta floors. The accommodation is the perfect solution for a group of friends or a family who wish to spend a relaxing holiday.

External Area and Swimming pool
There are several spots, spread here and there in the outdoor spaces, furnished with modern furniture. The rectangular swimming pool with a Jacuzzi area measures 6x11 and 1.40m deep and is fenced and equipped with umbrellas, deckchairs and sunbeds. The house has a portico on the ground floor furnished with tables and chairs also accessed from the kitchen for outdoor dinners, as well as a lathwork canopy with tables and chairs in front of the swimming pool for relaxing moments. The house is on 2 floors. From the entrance on the ground floor you reach a large living room with fireplace, sofas and satellite TV. Still on the ground floor, there is a well-equipped kitchen with French windows which open onto the characteristic outdoor covered patio, a sitting room with TV, the dining room, 2 double bedrooms with bathroom with shower, TV and air conditioning, toilet. On the first floor, there are 6 double bedrooms, each one with third additional bed and bathroom with shower, 1 double bedroom with bathroom with bath. Right next to the house but with an separate entrance is a cottage/studio flat with furnished terrace, kitchenette, 1 double bedroom with bathroom with shower.

Casolare Tombolina is in a quiet location with a breathtaking view of the sweet hills which dominated Valle del Metauro from Urbino to Fano, perfect for those who want to regenerate body and soul.
