Very spacious villa with a beautiful 1400 sq m garden and private swimming pool in Elviria - a very quiet part of Marbella. Sea view, 1 km to sand beach, 600 m to restaurants and shops. Fabulous place to spend a holiday with a large family or group. Renovated in early 2017
Very private, surrounded by hedge, garden and swimming pool area can hardly be seen from anywhere outside the property. There is only one neighboring property, no neighbors from three other sides
The whole villa, garden and swimming pool will be entirely and privately at your disposal to use at your own risk, as there is no life guard. There is a spacious garage in the house, an outdoor private parking space inside the gate before the garage, and free parking spaces always available just outside the gate
The house has a fireplace and wood for it is often available but please consult the owner to confirm. Three upper floor bedrooms have aircon with heating function. In cold season consult the owner regarding the use of heated floors.
No pets.
Please keep the kitchen clean, do not leave food or dirty plates overnight, because insects are active in warm climate.
The pool or the floors of the house can be heated in cold season for an extra charge. The pool has no duvet so it will get pleasant but not very warm in cold weather even with the heating. Air conditioning (with heating function) is available in all the bedrooms. Heating is not necessary in the warm season.
Please use water reasonably as it is expensive in Marbella.
The house has solar panels. If you care about the environment, you may want to schedule the peak use of electricity (dishwasher, hot water, aircon, etc) when the sun is high.
The house sleeps up to 10 people but we will not make the beds the beds you won't use if you are fewer. There is a bedding plan in the PHOTOS section, please choose the beds you wish to use.
There are a couple of old but usable mattresses in the garage on the ground floor. They can be used for extra guests. but we wont provide sheets for them, and you would need to set them on the floor yourselves and return them to the garage yourselves. The garage is on the ground floor and connects with the house directly.
At checkout all the furniture must remain in the same places where it was at checkin
IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys, we require guest verification facilitated by Truvi (Previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process.
The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.
Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
