This stylish holiday home has 4 thoughtfully decorated bedrooms and sleeps up to 11 guests. All 4 bathrooms include a toilet and a walk-in shower, one of them has a bathtub. The sun-lit terrace features a private BBQ and jacuzzi which can be heated for a fee. The apartment is fully air-conditioned.
POOL AREA
The holiday home is located in a family friendly residential area with 4 community pools of different depths and sizes just a few steps down from the apartment. The beautiful tropical and well-kept gardens have a direct access to the best Marbella beaches. Sunbeds are provided for chilling and sunbathing. All community pools are fenced. Pool hours and operation is subject to local government instructions.
LOCATION
The property is just a leisurely 3-minute flip flop walk to the sandy shores. Fabulous beach bars (La Plage Casanis, El Lido, Percla Blanca, just to name a few) as well as local restaurants (La Scala, Blanco Bar, Mini India), supermarkets (Mercadona, Lidl), and a pharmacy are just around the corner. The sandy beach offers different activities for family fun, including paddle board, jet ski rental and pedal boats. The 5* Vincci Estrella del Mar Beach Club with its spa and gym are right on the beach.
SECURITY
The apartment has a 24/7 alarm security system.

This amazing holiday home is run by Lirios Village Marbella, a leading hospitality company offering high standard accommodation and excellent services, ranging from daily maid service, groceries shopping, airport transfers and a private chef (IG liriosvillagemarbella).
PARKING
Guests can park free of charge on the street in front of the apartment.

Highly reliable 5G wifi is free of charge for our guests.
Jacuzzi heating is subject to a 30 EUR fee/day.
1. Check-out time is 10:00 and late check-out is subject to availability and extra charge.
2. Two sets of keys will be provided and a 150 EUR charge is made per set if lost or taken away on departure.
3. On departure, keys must be left on the table in the kitchen and door must be closed shut.
4. 24 HOURS GRACE PERIOD is granted for reporting any damages or imperfections. Further damages might be deducted from the damage deposit.
6. Rubbish must be disposed IN RUBBISH BAGS IN THE RUBBISH CONTAINERS ON THE MAIN ROAD to prevent attracting insects and rodents. Please understand that rodents pleague is the last thing we want for your holiday home. A 50 EUR cleaning fee applies for non-compliance.
7. AC must be switched off when not in the apartment.
8. While standard final cleaning fee is included in the rent, additional 200 EUR might be charged from the damage deposit if the property is left excessively dirty or needs additional cleaning. A 10 EUR/item applies for staining sheets or towels with make-up or bronzers.
9. The property is strictly non-smoking and a 200 EUR cleaning fee applies for smoking inside.
10. The apartment is located in a residential area and loud parties are not allowed. Quiet hours must be respected. EVENTS AND PARTIES UNAPPROVED BY OWNERS ARE SUBJECT TO A 500 EUR FINE.
11. The guests are aware they need to close all shutters, lock the property and arm the alarm if applicable when not in and during the night. The owner does not take responsibility for any loss or theft. Security is in your hands!
12. Jacuzzi bubbles can only be used until 21:00 in low season and until 22:00 in high season (June-September)
13. Pets are subject to approval and a 200 EUR fee.
