Unsere gut ausgestattete Doppelhaushälfte verfügt über Internet / WLAN und Klimaanlage sowie große Bereiche sonniger und schattiger Terrassen, von denen Sie die fabelhafte Aussicht in alle Richtungen und insbesondere auf die Hügel und die untergehende Sonne im Westen genießen können . Ein sicheres Tor führt zu einem großen privaten Pool (8 x 4 m, 1,4 bis 1,8 m tief), der unserer Villa vom 15. April bis 31. Oktober exklusiv zur Verfügung steht. Es verfügt über eine eigene Toilette, einen Duschraum und einen Gasgrill sowie eine attraktive Beleuchtung, die Sie zu einem abendlichen Bad einlädt! Die Poolgeländer wurden 2020 repariert. Die Poolheizung ist im Mietpreis INBEGRIFFEN, außer im Juli und August, wenn sie nicht benötigt wird.

Erdgeschoss: großes Ess-/Wohnzimmer mit herrlichem Blick auf die Hügel, Smart-TV mit Zugang über IPTV zu Dutzenden von britischen, spanischen und internationalen TV- und Radiosendern und Internet, DVD-Player, Küche + Waschmaschine, Geschirrspüler, Mikrowelle und Kühlschrank /Gefrierschrank, und es gibt auch eine Toilette im Erdgeschoss. Das Problem mit dem Wasserdruck wurde behoben.

Obergeschoss: drei Zweibettzimmer und Familienbad/Duschraum. Zwei Schlafzimmer haben eine atemberaubende Aussicht, eines mit Balkon und das andere mit eigenem Bad / Dusche. Kostenloser Parkplatz abseits der Straße und Willkommenspaket auf Anfrage. Ideal für einen langen oder kurzen Aufenthalt zu jeder Jahreszeit

Abschlag des prestigeträchtigen und herausfordernden 18-Loch-Hauptplatzes von Alhaurin Golf, der von Seve Ballesteros entworfen wurde, und es gibt zwei weitere Golfplätze vor Ort. We had a very nice stay, the villa was great, with great outside space too, the pool was a very nice size and the villa is in a great location for golf, or even trips to local towns. Was given great advice before the stay by Simon and Sergiu was a great help and very friendly too, we would definitely stay again and highly recommend to all.

Perfect vacation

We had some wonderfull days at the house. We were well informed before we came and when we where on our stay.A very nice house, and everything was ok. Cleaning was ok. Sergiu gave us good information and was very friendly. We recived good information about everything before our stay. We cant complain about anything and we will love to visit your house again. One thing we missed was a better grill. We love to grill, and a gas grill have a good thing.

Relaxing stay in lovely villa - we will return

We found the villa to be very clean and well equipped. We particularly liked the pool area and were lucky to have fantastic weather so the pool got a lot of use. The agent Sergiu was very friendly and helpful. We have stayed in an apartment on the Alhaurin golf urbanisation before while on a golf holiday and like it very much - when we return we will certainly aim to stay at Casa Bruja

Our stay at Casa Bruja

We have just got back from a two week stay at Casa Bruja. Right from the start Simon gave us great information on the Villa and all the area around for places to go/shopping and beaches plus a detailed route from the airport. The Villa was great very well equipped with all you need, the heated pool and the and patio area was a great place to finish off the day. For checking in and any other help the agent Sergiu was very friendly and helpful. All in all and great two week chill out.

Great security and privacy.

Our first and second stay at Casa Bruja was great. We spend 7 days there last year and 14 this year. We are a family of 5 from Ireland. Our three kids 3,6 & 8 loved it too and myself and my wife really love the security the villa has with its monitored alarm. There is a fast response from the monitored alarm which we found out when we accidentally set it off and had security at our door a very short time later. The villa itself is quiet spacious and clean with full air con that actually works and three bathrooms. For food we drove mostly to Mijas which has lots and lots of nice restaurants and the views on drive were beautiful. For great security and privacy Casa Bruja is top notch.

Very child friendly

We had a very lovely stay (2 adults and four children (age between 2 and 6)) and enjoyed the house and especially the pool. We experienced some very minor issues and the landlord not only quickly responded to my email but also sent an agent to fix it promptly. The kitchen is of older age which is a shame since it is not comparable at all to the rest of the house. A new oven would be a great update. However, we will definitely still be back.

Lovely relaxing Holiday

We're a family with 2 primary school age children and we had a fabulous time at this lovely Villa. The photos do not do the villa justice as it is so lovely. Had all the equipment we could possibly need. The villa is on a small development next to a golf course. We didn't use the course but it looked nice and there were others playing, It's rural with lovely mountain views, there is plenty of seating at the front and side to sit and enjoy. The pool at the back is an excellent size and lovely. We used the pool heating at the beginning of the week but didn't really need it at the end. We hardly went out and spent most of our time in the pool. You will need a car as there isn't a shop in walking distance, it's quite remote. The owners gave first rate information and the local agent is really helpful on site. I would recommend this Villa.

Perfection, as always..

We are a family of 4 and this is our second stay at Casa Bruja and certaily will NOT be our last! The villa is located in a wonderfully peaceful location with amazing views (especially in the evenings with the sun going down over the mountains). It is fully equipped with everything you are likely to need for your stay - the villa is large and spacious with full air conditioning on both floors - the pool area is very large with lots of room and privacy - there is a lovely shaded area as well which is essential in the very hot months of the summer. The village/town of Mijas is very close by offering spectacular views over the coastline and lots of excellent restaurants. The owner Simon is a delight to deal with, very polite, efficient and makes sure that everything is perfect for your stay. It's very rare you find a holiday where near the end you really do not want to come home but this is one of them! I am sure we will be visiting for many years to come... This is definitely how a villa rental should be - perfection!

Excellent property

Really nice villa with a fantastic pool and pool area which we enjoyed every day. The pool itself was extremely clean and beautiful to swim in. The surrounding terrace with shaded area was ideal for sun lazing and outdoor eating. Poolside toilet and shower also available. The villa itself was high spec. Air conditioning in the main living room and all bedrooms was great for day and night comfort. Massive lounge. Wifi was slower than youd get in the uk at about 1mb/s but good enough for browsing. Theres smart telly and we were able to watch netflix on it. Kitchen is fully stocked with all amenities, theres also 3 x bathrooms. All in all a lovely property with everything we needed. Location wise its about a 10 min drive to the nearest town and perhaps 15 mins to a big supermarket. Fuengirola took us about 30 mins. All easy via a roads. Mijas pueblo is 15/20 min drive and is stunning. Worth mentioning theres a garage with 3 mins for essentials and a couple of restaurants within a similar distance too. We loved our stay. Absolutely perfect for long days by the pool with occasional trips out to see the local sights. Local rep was extremely helpful too. Highly recommended Villa!

Wonderful villa with outstanding mountain views

Had a fantastic 2 week stay at Casa Burja, everything was perfect, Sergio took us through everything about the villa when we arrived from the working of the alarm system, the working of the pool heater and free WiFi code, etc. Really felt nothing was to much trouble and had the reassurance of him being available if required as he lived in the next village. To be honest had no problem with anything, all kitchen appliances are almost new so no problem there. The weather was so hot that the pool heater was not required. All bedrooms are air conditioned as well as main live room. You feel very secure with a security fence at the front of premises and monitored alarm system which I inadvertently managed to activated causing a guard from the monitoring service to come out and make sure we were OK within 10 minutes (I should have phoned to tell them I had activated alarm but due to android update taking place on my phone I couldn't use it) but still reassuring to know that you are safe. The views from the front terrace of the mountain range and golf course are stunning, because the sun rises at the rear of the property it is very pleasant place to sit and have breakfast in the morning and again in the evening to sit out and watch the sunset. It is essential to have a car for your stay here is is a 20 minute drive to the coast and a 10 minute drive to Mijas Pueblo with its white washed houses and great range of restaurants which we ate at frequently. Ronda again if also great place to go with decent roads there and takes about an hour to get there, also worth going to is the lake at Ell Chorro which are on your way back from Ronda. The pool area was brilliant and we all enjoyed the use of the pool everyday, there is a good range of toys and inflatables, with plenty of patio chairs and sun loungers as well, due to it being a sun trap the electric sun shades which are operated by remote control provided a welcome relief from the sun. Simon, the owner provides comprehensive directions and information pack prior to arrival and is available either by phone of email if you any questions once you have arrived. To sum up, great villa, fantastic views, no road noise looking forward to booking with Simon to stop here again.

Das Haus war super, mit allem was man brauchte und noch mehr. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen.Wenn man im Urlaub nicht auf deutsches Fernsehen verzichten möchte, dann sollte man das rechtzeitig bei Simon dem Vermieter anmelden. Das kostet pro Monat 25,-. Da wir 4 Wochen dort waren, hat sich das auf jeden Fall gelohnt. Simon hatte für alles ein offenes Ohr…

Absolut top

Man kann es in einem Satz zusammenfassen: Es gibt nichts, aber wirklich überhaupt nichts zu kritisieren. Das Haus mit seinen Außenanlagen ist sehr gepflegt und liebevoll eingerichtet. Es liegt günstig, wenn man Golf spielen möchte, aber auch für Erkundungstouren in Andalusien eignet sich der Standort. Alles in allem haben wir unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und würden immer wieder dorthin zurückkehren.

Très bon séjour, malgré que nous connaissons déjà assez bien la région. Alhaurín el Grande est un très jolie coin, la maison est plutôt bien située dans un lieu calme et jolie. La maison est plutôt bien entretenue et rangé. Simple bémol ça serait la literie. Mis à part ça c’était top!

Nous avons passé d'excellentes vacances à la casa Bruja. Très belle villa, très bien équipée, dans un cadre calme avec de très belles vues. Les différents espaces de la maison sont très agréables pour passer de bons moments en famille ou entre amis, se reposer, profiter du soleil ou d'un bon repas. L'autre moitié du temps, nous avons pu visiter Marbella, Malaga, Gibraltar, Mijas et Fuengirola. Merci à Simon et à Sergiu pour l'accueil réservé et la disponibilité.Nous espérons revenir prochainement pour poursuivre nos visites et profiter à nouveau d'une pause très ressourçante.

This is a great property in a fantastic location. The owners were so accommodating for us and their agent Sergio was brilliant. Will definitely be back.

Very affordable with great pool

An overall great stay with a few home improvements needed here and there. Location - set within a row of houses facing the golf course. Very easy access and quiet area. From the coast inland it’s around 20 minutes on good roads winding gently up mountainside. Due to the current situation with Covid-19, we didn’t explore much but location is good for Malaga visit and we did visit Mijas Pueblo highly recommend although the roads to get there are extremely winding so just drive carefully. Casa Bruja- one thing I would say that due to quite a few stairs, I would not say this was suitable for the disabled nor toddling children, although I am sure Simon would accommodate with stair gates etc if asked. The front door is accessed via a gate at the bottom of a short flight of stairs. To the right of the front door there is a lovely seating area we enjoyed at breakfast time.Upon entry into the house you have a large living/dining area to your right and a shower wc and kitchen. Upstairs there are 3 comfortable bedrooms all with twin beds that can be separated if required. The master has a large bathroom and the other bedrooms share another. On of these bedrooms also have a balcony with views of the golf course. From the fully equipped kitchen there is a door that leads to the pool area. As you step out onto an outside dining area there is another flight of stairs that lead to the pool area. Once up there you will find a lovely pool and covered seating area. There is also a good shower wc here. NB the WiFi does not reach this area. The pool has some shallow steps and then it’s a deep 1.4m. This was no issue for us as the children are confident swimmers but the only shallow area is on the actual steps.One gas BBQ and one charcoal BBQ , we used both very well. Recommend rinsing off at the poolside shower as we found this very effective at the end of the day. Sun shines into the evening but due to the time of year, mosquitos were about sometimes making it impossible to sit outside comfortably. The pool area railings are loose and there is a water pressure issue making showers inside the house very interesting. This does not deter from the assets of Casa Bruja but if you are looking for luxury accommodation then look elsewhere and be ready to pay more. To sum up, great ,affordable ,home comforts, excellent private pool and above all great communication with both owner and agent. Will be recommending and returning. Thankyou Casa Bruja.

Maravillosa experiencia

Tuvimos una experiencia fantástica toda la familia. La casa es bastante espaciosa y está pensada para personas de todas las edades. Está muy cerca de Mijas Pueblo (lugar que recomiendo encarecidamente). La limpieza es de 10 al igual que el mantenimiento del hogar. Han sido unas vacaciones maravillosas. Totalmete recomendable

We have enjoyed coming to this area for the last 20 years, mainly because the weather is usually wonderful, it's an excellent centre for exploring Andalucia, the local people are very friendly and there are fabulous local beaches and spectacular scenery... and it's directly on a golf course! The property has outstanding views across to the hills and towards the setting sun.

The views at the front are fabulous, and so is the private heated pool. It's the perfect place to relax, as a base for playing golf, or as a centre from which you can explore the beautiful surrounding countryside of Andalucia and its world-famous cities of Malaga, Granada, Sevilla, Ronda, and many others. There are several fabulous sandy beaches within 20-40 mins drive, particularly at La Cala & Fuengirola, Marbella & Puerto Banus.
