Boasting countryside views, natural gardens and a peaceful location, this property is just a short stroll from Ross Beach. A short drive will bring you to the local towns and villages. An ideal location to explore all that the Connemara region has to offer. Close to Connemara National Park, the park boasts wonderful hill and woodland trails for all to enjoy. Kylemore Abbey and Victorian Gardens is also nearby and offers a wonderful experience for visitors. Boat tours are available close by at Killary Fjord and Letterfrack Bay. Located on the Wild Atlantic Way, you are just a short distance from a selection of beautiful sandy beaches and activities including fishing, hill walking, hiking, boat tours, pony trekking, golf, boat trips, and much more.

The welcoming entrance hall leads into a spacious living room with ample furniture, & wood burning stove. The country cottage style kitchen is well equipped with all necessary equipment microwave, kettle, toaster, Rayburn Aga style cooker, dishwasher and washing machine. A large kitchen table provides a perfect space for group meals and get-togethers.
The sleeping accommodation consists of three double bedrooms. Bedrooms are well furnished with lockers, lamps, wardrobes or drawers. Bedroom 1 is a double room with ensuite bathroom. Bedroom 2 also a double room with access to the mezzanine area which has a small couch and Smart TV. Bedroom 3 is a large double room with dual aspect windows. The main bathroom is spacious and includes a shower, bath, WC and sink. The hall area between the living room and kitchen features a reclaimed original stone wall, floor to ceiling window with comfort seating- the perfect space to read a book and soak up the peace and tranquillity of the cottage.
