This is an absolutely stunning contemporary, bright 2-bedroom villa with an extremely large private infinity pool, located in an elevated position in the Kordere district of Kalkan. Accessed on the level and set over 2 floors the villa comfortably accommodates 4 guests and has a totally secluded pool and is ideal for families or friends looking for a high degree of privacy, be it for religious or other reasons. It has proven particularly popular with honeymoon couples too!

The villa is perched high above Kalkan and offers stunning sea views of Kalkan Bay from the pool patio and throughout the whole villa. There are some supermarkets approximately 5-10 minutes’ walk downhill from the villa, but the steep nature of the road may put off many guests from shopping on foot.

Guests can park virtually outside the villa’s front door making it an easily accessible villa for those guests with the use of a car. It takes approximately 10 minutes to drive to the centre of Kalkan, which has an historic old town and harbour.

Ground Floor
The open plan living area is full of natural light, and a good size easily accommodating 4 guests comfortably. There is a modern well-equipped kitchen with electric oven, microwave, gas hob, dishwasher, fridge freezer, kettle and toaster, with dining table and 6 chairs for indoor dining.

The lounge area is tastefully decorated and has a large L-shaped sofa, armchair and wall mounted TV. The lounge opens out onto the pool terrace and overlooks the pool with magnificent sea views.

The first of the two bedrooms is an ensuite twin with direct access to the pool terrace, and combined with the level access to the villa makes it ideal for guests with limited mobility.

There is also a guest WC on this level, as well as Air-conditioning and Wi-Fi throughout..

First Floor
Upstairs the first floor is home to the luxurious romantic master bedroom. The full-height panoramic windows allow for an uninterrupted view of the village and Bay below, allowing you to wake up to the magnificent scenery each morning.
You can further indulge yourself in the large jacuzzi bath which is positioned to also enjoy the beautiful view.

Bedrooms
Bedroom 1 – Twin en-suite with shower, single beds, air-conditioning, plus direct access to the pool terrace through sliding full-height sliding glazed doors. Superlative sea views.

Bedroom 2 – Master double en-suite with rain forest shower, king sized bed, large jacuzzi bath with headrests, wardrobe with full length mirror, air-conditioning, furnished side balcony with stunning sea views.

Outside
A lovely outdoor space which feels very private, and full height sliding doors lead out from both the kitchen, lounge and twin bedroom onto the pool terrace. With panoramic sea views, this is one of the best areas of Kalkan from which to enjoy those breath-taking sunsets.

The large infinity pool measures 11m x 4m (1.5m deep) with ladder steps and has an adjacent outdoor shower. Located around the pool are 4 sunbeds, side tables, bucket style double chair swing, plus a comfortable seating set, all from which guests can take in the wonderful views.There is also a shady dining area with built-in BBQ for alfresco dining

A large parking area for 2 cars is available to the front of Main entrance

There is plenty of private off-road parking. In our opinion a Car essential for this location, or alternatively guests may use the local taxi service, Villa Gloksinya is a modern villa and suitable for anyone wanting privacy or to get away from it all.
