Welcome to Sea Salt, a beautifully appointed coastal escape just minutes from the sand in Mawgan Porth. With views of the bay, a relaxed beach-house feel, and all the modern comforts, itâs the perfect place to switch off and enjoy Cornwall.
Sleeps 6
1 x King-size Master bedroom
1 x Super king (zip & link â can be split into twins)
1 x Double Sofa Bed (in the upstairs living area)
Both bedrooms are on the ground floor.
The master has patio doors giving direct access to the fully enclosed rear garden â ideal for families and dogs. It has an en-suite shower room with w/c, is light and airy with good lighting.
The second bedroom (also with patio doors) has a family shower room and w/c straight opposite.
There is a utility room complete with washer/dryer, iron, ironing board and clothes airer.
The rear patio also has a warm, rear shower for sandy children and dogs and hangers to hang up wet suits! There is also a storage box complete with beach accessories, windbreaks etc.
Upstairs living space is bright and airy, with vaulted ceilings, an open-plan kitchen, dining area and lounge. Large bi-fold doors open onto the balcony furnished with two chairs with beautiful views of the bay â the perfect spot for your morning coffee or evening glass of wine.
The kitchen is fully equipped with high-spec NEFF appliances, a breakfast bar, and everything you need for relaxed holiday cooking including Nespresso machine with milk frother and Ninja Air Fryer.

Only 2 miles from Newquay Airport with regular UK and European flights. The house is 20 mins drive is Padstow which offers some of the best restaurants Cornwall has to offer.
The property has designated private parking for two cars in the car park at the front of the property.

We are Samantha and Alec your VRBO hosts. We love Cornwall and Mawgan Porth is a very friendly place that still has lots of locals! We enjoy walking the dog along the cliffs and frequenting the local eateries and local pubs.
