It opens via full-width sliding doors to a balcony with seating & sea views. Find 1 superking with ensuite and balcony with sea views, a superking/twin and a single bedroom with a pull-out & desk. Private parking for 1 car, with 2nd space available on a first-come basis.



The Space:

Perfectly positioned opposite the golden sands of Porth Beach, this modern three-bedroom apartment offers an exceptional coastal escape, with the shoreline just a 30-second stroll from the door. Newly built and finished to a high standard throughout, it combines contemporary style with comfort, making it ideal for families, friends or couples looking to enjoy Newquay’s coastline.



The heart of the apartment is the bright, open-plan kitchen, dining and living area. Thoughtfully designed and fully equipped with new appliances, a coffee machine and a smart TV, it’s a welcoming space for relaxed mornings and cosy evenings. Full-width sliding doors flood the room with natural light and open onto a private balcony with seating, where you can soak up views of the sea and beach beyond.



The master bedroom is a tranquil retreat, complete with a super-king bed and a sleek ensuite bathroom with a bath and an overhead shower. Plus, it enjoys its own balcony with seating and views of the sea and Porth beach.



A second super-king bedroom can also be configured as a twin (on request), plus the third bedroom with a single bed has a single pullout (on request). The pullout is positioned right next to the other single, so it's best suited for children. The single room also has a desk, perfect for those needing a quiet workspace. These rooms share a family bathroom featuring a walk-in shower with a luxurious waterfall head.



Families are well catered for, with a travel cot and children’s dinnerware available for added convenience. Up to two dogs are welcome for a small additional fee of £30/dog.



Outside, the apartment benefits from one allocated private parking space, with a second space available on a first-come, first-served basis. An EV charger is also available within the car park (fees apply).



For larger groups, the building also offers six additional three-bedroom apartments, including a spacious penthouse on the top floor, making it ideal for group getaways while still enjoying your own private space.



The apartment is on the first floor when viewed from the front, but the ground floor when viewed from the rear. It has step-free access from the rear car park. Once inside, it's all on one level.

The Neighborhood:

This lovely apartment is ideally located for a classic Cornish seaside break, with beaches, coastal walks and places to eat all close at hand. Porth Beach is a long, golden sweep of sand, perfect for swimming, paddleboarding and relaxed family days, while low tide reveals rock pools that are great fun to explore.



A fantastic range of cafés, pubs and restaurants sits just behind the beach, all within a few moments’ walk. The Mermaid Inn, set right on the sand, is ideal for informal meals and sunset drinks. You’ll also find several other pubs and bars nearby, while Porth Beach Hotel & Restaurant and SeaSpace offer a more refined dining experience. Roo’s Coffee is a local favourite for takeaway drinks and snacks, and in spring and summer, a stone-baked pizza van often pops up nearby.



The South West Coast Path passes directly through Porth, offering beautiful clifftop walks with far-reaching views towards Newquay and Watergate Bay. For a gentle local stroll, cross the footbridge to Porth Island and enjoy sweeping sea views and a peaceful sunset spot.



Newquay is just a short walk or drive away and offers renowned surf beaches such as Fistral, a lively harbour, family attractions like the Blue Reef Aquarium, and a wide choice of shops, cafés and restaurants.



To the north, Watergate Bay boasts a vast sandy beach and excellent surf, while further afield, Padstow offers harbour charm and seafood, and Crantock and Holywell Bay provide wide, often quieter beaches and stunning coastal scenery.



Getting Around:

Cornwall is generally quite remote, so a car is recommended for getting the most out of your stay here. The apartment caters well to those who do drive. There is one allocated parking space with one additional space available on a first-come, first-served basis. You'll also find an EV charger available to use at your convenience (charges apply).



That being said, Newquay is likely the best-connected part of the county. Newquay Airport is only 10 minutes drive away, with taxis and car hire available from the terminal. Newquay also has a train station, which is around 5 minutes drive. Trains run here from all over the country. It's also great for getting around Cornwall with stations going all the way down to Penzance. Frequent buses are also available right outside the apartment.

The single room daybed also has a single pullout (available on request). It's positioned right next to the other single so it's best suited for children. The superking can also be made up as a twin on request.



For larger groups, there are another six 3-bedroom apartments in the building that are available for booking. Two are on each level, with a larger penthouse on the top floor.



The parking area is fitted with CCTV for the security of your vehicles.
