De Magnifique 10 is a luxury, detached holiday home, perfect for a stay with family or friends. The house has two floors and offers space for up to 10 people.

On the ground floor, you'll find a spacious and high living room with plenty of natural light, a cozy seating area with a TV, a dining table, and a modern open kitchen with a coffee machine, dishwasher, and combination microwave.

The house has five bedrooms, one of which is on the ground floor and four on the upper floor. There are also two bathrooms, one on each floor, equipped with a sink, toilet, and shower.

Outside, you can relax on the spacious terrace with garden furniture. Additionally, the property features an electric car charging point and parking directly at the house.
